Hey guys. My waist has went down a lot. I have nice hips and my booty is really nice. He mastered that. I might have one more lipo and my arms and thighs and I should be done! I can see the different in my arms and thighs but I wanted them to be smaller. Overall I don’t think he did bad. I’m still very swollen and it’s to early to tell. Jolie plastic surgery has called me to check on me and although it was a long delay his assistant Christina has been answering my post op questions. I still get light headed in the shower I can’t take a shower alone. The arnica gel really made my bruising ang swelling go down. I’m like 70-80% happy with my results. I think my booty is perfect I’m not getting another BBL. I could use more lipo in my opinion but we’ll see. I lay on my stomach I make sure not to lay on my hips. I really like my hips. My waist keeps getting smaller too if I have lipo one more time it’ll look really good! I don’t eat a lot. I don’t have the same appetite as before.

What a transformation!!! You look great! How long was the surgery, were you in a lot of pain afterwards, and did you have any drains? I'm sorry for all the questions, but I am looking for a great surgeon that will give me the results I'm seeking.

The surgery was hours. When I woke up It was dark outside and I went back around 2pm. I didn’t have any drains. They manually drained me and it HURT LIKE HELL

Yes. I wouldn’t recommend my recovery house! It was far and we discovered it’s not even legal! That’s why their address is different than the one listed on their website. It’s was dreams recovery house

Hello guys I’m sorry for the late review I should have started way before! I am now 7 days post op with a BBL from Dr.Rami Ghurani. I also had my arms and thighs lipo as well. First off this is my second BBL I had one with Dr.Ortega a year ago. So far I am happy with my results. I think I want my waist a little smaller and my arms and thighs smaller but it’s still to early to tell! He was very seeet send his assistant Christina was amazing. He listened to what I said I wanted to look like.

U keep faja on? If been 7 days it’s time to move to stage 2 garment n use foams n lipo board n keep compress on arms u can also do slim cast

No complications I wanted a bigger booty and smaller waist. I also added arm and thigh lipo

I had a second BBL because I wanted my booty bigger. I’m a video vixen/model/dancer so that’s the look I’m going for. I also want my waist really small and I added arm and thigh lipo this round. That’s why I got a second round
