serious comment - have you tried a weight loss programme before embarking on breast reduction? 200lbs at 5'6 is quite a high bodyfat. I would seriously advise you to consider joining a gym and committing to a workout program and take control of your diet and aim to lose 1lb a week. After 20-25 weeks and hopefully 20-25lbs of weight loss, your boobs may reduce since they are essentially fatty deposits, and if you're still unhappy with the size of your breasts at that point, then consider surgery. Just my 2 cents.

I feel that way about my upcoming reduction. I'm going with a D. I am worried my belly will stick out farther than bustline. You look larger than a dd in your pictures. Did your Dr. give you that measurement?

No I worked for Victoria secret so I measured myself and I feel the same but I really don't have a stomach when I stand up lol when ppl hear I weigh 200lbs they don't believe me because I don't look it so I hate when ppl considered me losing weight the Dr would have told me if I needed to lose weight

You need to be happy with where you are, sounds like you are so that's great! I didn't mean to imply you need to lose weight. I wish you the best.

You are going to love it. I had mine October 7th of 2015. I went from a 34J ( yes J cup) to I don't know what I will be after all the swelling goes down. Right now I am a f-g cup on a small frame. I am hoping I don't get much smaller, I am so use to being really curvy. Yes they will be back up where they belong, that's the part I love the most about them.

I will add to this comment. I weighed 300 lbs and wearing a 42 J bra. Over the last 5 years I have lost 145 lbs and my bra size went to a 32-34J. I was left with very sagging, lots of loose skin. Had breast reduction on 10/17/2015. Best thing I have ever done

I'm so excited any happy to alleviate this Back pain but also nervous to see what I would look like after but I'm pretty sure it would look good My doctor and my nurse sage has been very kind and answers majority of my silly questions I know I'm in pretty good hands I am pretty nervous about being put to sleep but I'll get over it also everyone is telling me to lose weight before I get the surgery the done but I see nothing wrong with my weight but if I do decide to lose weight we will it affect my breast?

I think you will be fine as long as youre not trying to lose a massive amount of weight. I had my surgery on the 3 rd and i plan to lose about 15lbs after i am healed but if in the process i notice my breast dropping i will stop or slow it down but yea u look fine now and youll be surprised how much slimmer you look once the breast are reduced and lifted. Good luck:)

Right now I'm using a Shea Butter and coconut oil mixture but I go back to my Dr on the 4th and then he'll talk more about scar treatment but so far they are not bad
