Dr Francis Johns did an excellent job on my surgery and I am satisfied with the results. He did explain the procedure in a general way with some detail of the risks. I got good care at the surgery center and they addressed questions that I had. However, not all of the office staff were approachable and some were curt. Additionally the prescriptions were called in without informing me. The pharmacy notified me three days latter that they were there. So I ended up starting them later then I should have. Mainly the details and the information on the risks were not given to me until after I consented to the surgery and they got my full payment. I just received this website on the "Reviews". This website Real Self would have been helpful before the surgery.
