Discomfort for years with heavy breasts and neck and back pain. Procedure involved overnight stay in hospital. Very little pain . Just little discomfort for month or 2 under breasts until stitches dissolved. Best decision I ever made! Went from 38DD to 38C . Able to buy pretty bras and smaller tops.
