I am 6 months post op now I had extended tummy tuck and breast reduction with lift and I couldn't be happier my experience was amazing though the hardest thing I had to do leaving my kids and husband back home in perth I feel now I definitely made the right choice. I came across Dr Nj through destination beauty being the first company that pops up when Googled and just so happens they were doing a seminar I had just my 3rd child after having big 9pound babies I was feeling pretty low about my body and thought why not check it out well after the seminar and seeing what can be done that was me sold I booked my surgery 1 year in advance giving me time to drop the weight and get some money together I told my husband I'm doing it and to be honest I don't think even he thought I would go through with it I done so much research he got sick of picking up my phone to seeing boob pics or gross YouTube videos of tummy tucks being done he was not keen on me travelling to Bangkok and having surgery being like many others he had heard the horror stories I couldn't express more how fantastic and professional everyone was from start to finish the nurses are so caring and friendly and if I'm.being honest these horrible stories are more than likely self inflicted I was amazed at how stupid people were being so soon after surgery for example going to the pub with drains in smoking elephant riding it your going to have major surgery and do stupid things then you can see why you may have complications i came out of hospital to the hotel room and laid around resting watching tv which was actually pretty great being a mum of 3 that also works I never get to lay around watching tv and reading books lol I googled all the foods good for healing and stuck to fresh food drunk lots of water kept my wounds clean everything the nurse told me I done for the whole 3 week stay and I think that is the key with any surgery rest and let your body heal so people that are considering surgery overseas please don't be put off from these horror stories I have had no complications I have healed really well pain wasn't as bad as I was expecting my husband loves my new body as much as I do Dr NJ and his team have changed my life and made me one happy lady Thank you Dr NJ
