I`m at mother of four biggest baby weighing 10lbs 4oz . I have wanted a tt an bl for about a year now and after losing 90 lbs( diet and exercise). I decided it has to be done. I`m very nervous and still wondering if it`s worth the complications. I`m fully paid and blood work from my primary is all finished and I`m cleared. I feel a tickle staring in my throat my primary put me on zpac hoping this doesn`t affect my surgery date.

Same to you :) one week to go ! My nerves ugh! I do my final post op visit tomorrow. I'm just doing a bl no implants I wanna make sure that's the right way to go. After all I want them to be perfect lol. I started with a cough yesterday and on the zpack . I hope this don't interfere with my surgery date. I look forward to hearing how your doing keep us updated and I will aswell!

Me too bl without implants my doctor says I have enough breast tissue. Kinda nerves about not getting the implants. I'm a worrier so its probably best. I would think they were leaking if a drop of water hit me lol. I scheduled a pre op appt today. My doctor doesn't use general anesthesia. I forget the name I wanna say it's tumescent anesthesias. You don't require a breathing tube with it. He is the top doc in PA. He better be for 14,000 lol. I will post pics of before and after photos on here. I can't seem to do it until the surgery is over lol. Do you go home after the procedure? Dr.Fox requires one night stay at the hospital. I'm glad for that. Are you taking any vitamins? I think I'm prepared although everything is scattered around my house cause I'm always the procrastinator. I mange to pull things together better at the last min :)

... Nervous is a frickin understatement! I live in NJ and will be having my surgery at neuroscience of Jefferson in Philly. My dr does a drainless tt and doesn't put you completely under. He requires one overnight stay at the hospital. I can't bring myself to post them until I know the skin has been removed. Are you taking any vitamins now? I stopped all mine but kinda regretting that. I was taking a prenatal multi. I bought the bromelian and arnica I'm just not sure of the dosage I should take. Everyone here starts the bromelian before their surgery. Ugh.... As Tom petty says " the waiting is the hardest part" and I could really use a glass of wine or rather 10 glasses ;)

Yes, I think im gonna wait until after to post pics also. I do have to stay one night in the hospital as well. The only thing I am taking is bromelain that I just started today and will start the arnica montana right after surgery. I ordered those from makemeheal.com.

Congrats on the weight loss!! I am soo nervous too. I almost cancelled at my pre-op. I feel so much better now after talking to my dr, I was there for 2 hours haha. I look forward to seeing your progress and good luck!!! Keep us updated!! :)

Thank you and 2 hours lol that's a very patient Dr. I will most definitely keep everyone updated. This site had been so helpful. Also prepared me for the worst . I keep doing the math in my head and I'm like ok I'll be good by June lmao. Are you taking arnica and bromelain if so what dose are you taking?

My fingers are crossed that ill be lookin decent by June!! My surgery is Feb 5th, so ill only have 4 months! Hopefully with a low sodium diet the swelling will be gone by then! haha yeah I just found some bromelain at the GNC store in the mall. Its 500 mg and my dr said to take it 2x a day. I also have arnica tablets but I think those dont get used until after the surgery.. or maybe start the day of surgery? lol ill have to double check on that. all of this is so confusing! haha

I know I think my husband is going to turn our Internet off lol. I'm like ....they said I need a walker, toilet seat etc etc ....... Haha he's like I think your a little obsessed with that site nah... Bahaha! The one thing I haven't purchased is a cg hahahah one review says spanx then another says Walmart .. Ummm that's a big difference and I have no idea what size to get either! I wear a size 8 normally. But what about swell hellllllllll! What size do I become entering swell hell lol. Everything I do laugh, sleep , cough I'm thinking omg next week I'll be cut in half. I think I'm gonna talk my doctor into a blood thinner. That's my biggest fear blood clots. If he doesn't I'm gonna at least hope he allows aspirin. Which is weird I'm afraid of that cause when I had my c section and the nurses were telling me to walk I was thinking F off lol . I can't wait to stop over thinking already :)

Lol I havent bought a cg yet for the same reason! My dr will send me home in one but Im gonna need another one at some point but I have no idea what size to get lol. Thats so funny ive been nervous about blood clots too! Ive been reading up on bromelain and it says its a blood thinner. not sure if thats good or bad lol. Theres so many contradicting instructions on the internet :P

Yes no Motrin but then you can start Motrin po. I'm reading 3 kiwi a day helps so I stocked up! And just get up and walk around sliced in half that should be a blast :). Some people get sent home with lovenox shot that they give themselves for 10 days. From what I'm reading its just a preventive these people aren't a higher risk. Yes very contradicting but I need to tell my ps I'm crazy and will have myself dung every min so give me EVERYThInG! Lol

I'm taking the bromelain twice a day and wont start the arnica until after surgery. We are almost there girl!

Ugh I know !!!!!!!!! I think a needle straight in my brain would be less painful then this over thinking. What are you doing for preventive measures for blood clots . I stocked up on kiwi they say 3 a day helps. I'm so gonna microwave my head today to stop myself from thinking :)

What else can I do to prevent blood clots other the walking? I never said before I'm 5'6 155lbbs . Wth that has to do with anything idk ugh . Has anyone every died from STRESS before the surgery cause I think I'm gonna be a first! :). Here's what I got so far toilet riser, walker, backmax contour bed system, crackers,gauze, tape, neosporian bromelian, arnica, jello,cough drops, bottled water, multi vitamin, colace, MOM, Tylenol, breast pads( people say they use the after surgery)extra binder, soirts bea that sips in front, dial body wash, body pillow , memory foam pillow, bath wipes, books!!!!! What am I forgetting my doctor didn't give me scripts yet ....probably cause I stay one night at the hospital so I guess I will get them filled there before I leave. My procedure is a drainless tt and bl. Help I'm forgetting something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, tomorrow is our day! I am a total ball of nerves! My PS just called and said I can take a valium to sleep tonight. I hope that helps! I got a pair of anti-embolism stockings to help with blood clots. Good luck to you! Keep me updated on how you're doing.

Oh my I'm so nervous I have to be their at 8:30. It dies help to know someone is on this journey with me. Last night I was a wreck felt like vomiting and crying at the same time so I toke Xanax and that helped. Good luck to you as well . I'll be waiting to here from you
