Why is my Philtrum Shaped Like This?

Hi I would like some clarification for why my philtrum angels backward and then goes out. I think its due to a set back maxilla and mandible but am unsure. I also think that jaw surgery would further improve the contours of my face in terms of nasal support and jaw shape. Do you agree?
