THIS IS THE DOCTOR YOU’VE ALWAYS WANTED!
As someone who works in the medical field, I am very picky about the medical providers I choose. I require that my medical providers be experts in their field and modern in their techniques and approaches, all while being grounded, humble, and personable human beings. Dr. Karan Dhir is the encapsulation of this.
I could go on and on about how Dr. Karan Dhir blew my expectations out of the water, but I’d end up writing a small novel. In essence, if you’re someone who has anxiety, an artistic direction about their facial features, or is going through this process alone, you have found the perfect match for you.
I got a rhinoplasty and custom jaw implant, and now I love my face! See the attached photos for my before and after.

Hey Roger_S! Happy Wednesday!
Short answer: Yes.
Long Answer: I got the custom jaw implant and because my natural jaw and chin are so small Dr. Dhir and I decided to go bigger with the implant to get my features in proportion. While everyone swells and bruises differently a good note to self is the bigger the implant the bigger the swelling.
Bruising was gone by about day 9 or 10.
Throughout the year swelling fluctuates depending on your body, nutrition, activity level, and if you do lymphatic massages. When you meet with Dr. Dhir he'll explain the swelling healing process isn't linear and is more of a wave. Swelling goes down until about the 6 month mark and then swelling increases but never to the same level as post surgery. Because of my activity level and general nutrition, my 6 month check-in looked more like a 9 month progress pic after just having a heavy carb cheat day.
