Medpor jaw, gap & chin implants - took 2 months to start loving my results

ORIGINAL POST

Had Jaw , Gap and Chin Implant

WORTH IT
I’m a very private person but decided to make a review because I had such a hard time trying to find a doctor that performed jaw implants in women and had a lot of before and afters. I live in LA and saw a couple of Doctors in Beverly Hills that do jaw implants but nobody could really show me before and after pictures or put me in contact with previous female patients that had done it and the prices were outrageous. I finally came across a youtube review of DR Jorge Fernandes and decided to send him a WhatsApp, he doesn’t speak much English but got a translator and luckily I understand Portuguese.
Full disclosure the girl in the YouTube video ended up taking off the implants but I still went ahead with it because I really loved her results . The doctor send me a couple of before and after and I got to speak to another female who got the surgery a couple of months before me and was very happy.
I had a silicone chin implant that had to be removed because of bone erosion and got it replaced with I think is the medpor chin , gap and jaw implant. The cost for this was 13k compared to the 30k to 40k I was being quoted in BH.
It’s been 4 months and I am completely happy I did this , love the way my face looks but for anyone who decides to do this the first couple of weeks are brutal. I hated my face and wanted them out, it took about 2 months for me to start loving my results.
Hope this helps someone.

Thanks very much for sharing your candid perspective on your experience and recovery - it's brilliant to get your perspective!

May I ask about the price please
Thanks for this review! Could you send me pictures? Would love to see
Is it 13k USD?
That is very helpful to me. Same here, trying to reach him because he appears to be more of an expert than others here in the USA. How did you get an interpreter? Did they help you set up that and accommodations to stay for a few days?
Thanks for the heads up too on the 2+ months of recovery.
