Hi guys,almost 2 months update here. I keep forgetting to update my buccal fat removal review as I update the chin implant review way more! Anyway, here is a pic from today. My cheekbones are very prominent now. I can see why some people may complain that buccal 'ages' their face, but I think I am the right candidate for buccal. Actually, when I go out people call me 'miss' nowadays instead of 'mam', so I think I'm looking younger! I also look a lot thinner.
I added a before pic, so you guys can see the difference after both procedures.
So anyway, before you do buccal, make sure you check that yours is the right face type for buccal!

Hi how painful was after buccal fat removal.. Like is there any incision to be removed
Hi, the sutures were dissolvable. After the procedure I did not need to do any further check up on the buccal. As for pain the most pain that you will feel is when the dr injects the area with the anesthesia. Afterwards you don't feel much pain. The pain after procedure can be likened to a canker sore but I just take 1 painkiller a day for 3 days. In fact I ate the night after the surgery with the sutures fresh in my mouth (even though you're not supposed to lol).
Hi thanks for replying.. After buccal removal pad if at all I loose weight my face will look more hollow.. I'm scared
I actually already lost 5 kgs so far after the procedure. And yes, my face did look a bit more hollow. I feel that it is a better look for me though as my lower cheeks were making me look fat and aged before. The doctor said I didn't have much buccal fat to remove too. In the end it really depends on your face type though, so ask the doctor and make sure you'll benefit from the procedure. If you don't think you need it - then don't!
