It’s been a year and a half and so far so satisfied. I was affected with the genetic baldness of Androgenic alopecia and very much frustrated with the problem and consulted many of the Surgeons and Doctors to get the solution for life long. It’s been a pathetic episode when I had the Interview schedules for the job and I got rejected due to my weak personality without having the hair. I was in a state of stress and frustration and couldn’t decide what to do very first. One day, one of my friends has suggested me to go to the extensive search on the internet to get the procedural detail of hair transplant. As there are many of us who has the same pattern hair loss due to the genetic baldness and they already successfully achieved the hair transplant procedure to get their original hair back.
It was the month of June, dated 11th of 2016 when I first visit at Medispa hair transplant centre, Jaipur. I reached the clinic at 11’o clock and I properly treated by the clinic staffs at the reception. They have given me to fill the form for the consultation in which I need to fill all the details of my problem and my physical & medical history background as well. I have waited till my turn come and after waiting half and one hour my turn come as there were already many schedules for the patients.
I met with Dr Suneet Soni and shared my problem with him. Showed my scalp situation as I completely lost my hair from the top, the front portion and the crown of the scalp and Dr Suneet has told that it is a grade V for which you need a number of grafts to cover the bald area. When I asked about the particular number of grafts (hair follicles), as Dr Soni told, I need around 4200 grafts to cover my bald portion. When I questioned about the cost, he replied that the cost of the procedure will be completely dependent on your number of grafts and we do not put any hidden cost. Dr Soni said that he will give the FUT (Follicular Unit Transplant) hair transplant as there is the need of getting the number of hair grafts and only FUT can offer the desired number of grafts because the procedure involves the strip harvesting contains a great number of hair follicles to cover the greater grade of baldness.
Thereafter, I finally got the confirmed day & date for the procedure. I reached the clinic one day before to get the pre-procedure test, a mandatory to know about the present health status of the patient. The clinic premises and allotted room were comfortable with all the needed stuff. I received the procedure next day early in the morning, which was started with the dose of local anaesthesia. The team of technicians along with Dr Suneet done the step of strip harvesting and I didn’t feel even a pinch of pain while the steps’ goes on. I enjoyed the music on the television during the whole procedure, meanwhile, there was breaking for lunch and snack time as well. The complete procedure for implanting around 4200 hair grafts on my bald areas taken around 7-8 hours, but the procedure was painless and free from the discomfort. I have seen many numbers of technicians around 10-11 were precisely involved in the process of graft dissection with the help of 20X & 200X magnification of German microscopes. I found the dedication and effort of Dr Suneet Soni during the hairline designing as he precisely did the steps without made me uneasy.
The result, which I got after the completion of one year is just appreciating because I got the natural hairline placement as well as a good density. You can see the results in my attached photographs above and I am not just satisfied, but am very much happy after getting the aesthetic result.
