Hello Friends,
After years of severe hair loss and stress of getting a poor personality and looks that affliction brings I finally found a place that fulfilled all my needs what I was looking for!
I have opted Medispa for my hair transplantation and I got the best result, affordability, safe & a hygienic environment, openness to answer each and every question, doubt & confusion, which helps in finalizing the Surgeon ultimately!
So, in the month of September 2016, I flew to Jaipur from Bengaluru with.
The City was quite familiar to me because my father had been posted to the Pink City of India a few years back and the corners, way and the essence of historical beauty always are a subject of rejoicing.
After few hours I was in the Jaipur and take a taxi to reach the Clinic. The Clinic staffs were very courteous as they nicely meet me and told me to sit meanwhile they checked the present status of my appointment and let me informed about the time. I had to sit till 2’O clock because there was a long queue of the patients. I met a patient who came from Canada and takes some information from him as he said how his first hair transplant went wrong somewhere in the Canada and the corrective hair transplant session with Dr Soni is being a quite satisfactory. He was there for giving his gratitude to Doctor and spared some time from his hectic business. He said it is quite worthy because the result had changed his life.
I impressed with the hospital cleanliness and their safety and hygienic measure. The Clinic staffs were very gentle to talk and Dr Suneet Soni himself one of the nice person and quite concerning.
We talked about my condition and then I spent another half an hour with staffs having photos taken hairline drawn.
One of the staff took me to the changing room and I changed the dress and wear the medical gown then led down and had local anesthesia injection which was fine because it was for making the procedure a completely painless. After asking about the anesthesia Dr Suneet replied me that they have a special pain management system with the use of the mixture of medicines to make the effect of anesthesia until 12 hours in a single dose.
The procedure begins and they harvested the strip of the skin from my back & sides of the scalp. It was pretty cool and I felt nothing during the strip excision as the anesthesia was working effectively.
They sent the strip that contained a number of grafts to the dissection room where technicians were ready to dissect them with the help of the video-assisted microscopes. While the dissection process was going on they took me a break for lunch and provided the traditional food of Rajasthan. I enjoyed the taste of Gatta Kadhi. Afterwards, I entered into the cutting room because I had another 5 minutes of break and seen how the tedious job of dissection was precisely performed with the help of a number of technicians in a spacious cutting room.
Then into the most arduous part of the implantation of grafts that was a long hour step as it requires the attention and precision at each & every movement of the procedure.
Back in to talk to staffs again where they explained about immediate post-op care. They told that next morning I have to receive the first head-wash at Clinic and then I returned to my allotted room in the hospital.
And as said by the staff, I received my first head wash. It was so gentle, but with needed precautions & care as the staff let me know about for my next 2 weeks. The head wash needed to be continued for next 12-14 days so that scabs get clear and help in regrowth of hair.
Before leaving the Clinic, I met with Dr Suneet Soni again for a talk about post op and aftercare. He let me know each and everything very clearly and I got satisfied with the talk.
Back home now and it’s been a year of my procedure.
Overall experience at Medispa with Dr Suneet was an excellent and quite appreciable as I received my expected density to the front against the frontal hairline recession as well as the covered crown portion of the scalp. I received 3980 FUT grafts. And, there is no scarring even after the strip excision from my back and sides of the scalp. Dr Suneet said they always prefer Trichophytic closure which leaves zero scars.
