Long term update
A year and a half after I received 4 mm permalip implants from Dr. Phillip Garcia and to this day I am still completely satisfied with the results. This picture was taken with no additional filler on to the implants.

Juviderm over implants
Had half a syringe of juviderm done today over the implants. Water some extra plumpness for a special occasion, but overall I'm happy with the original result.
2 1/2 months later
Still the nice subtle change I was looking for. Feels like my own lips :)
