Ok I'm still bruised from the lipo..flanks and back. My bf has been great giving massages that I need. I rode the bike for 1 hour tonight. .it was ok my tummy just felt like it was tightening up. My navel is getting a lot better after using Mederma..i had to cut some thread from my incision dr csikai said that happens sometimes..

Its been a month and 2 days. Im still bruised and have some pain here and there..that's bearable. I've been trying to massage my arms to get releive soreness and hardness message soreness out that hurt so my arms..back stomach

Ok here it is March 7 my body is still sore. I have to go to work and don't want to. I haf Lipo of the harms my back removal a tummy tuck and exercise machine know how I'm going to last night at work and take the medication and speak with a client I just want to be home in my comfortable bed. Waht can I do to ease the pain its mainly my back thats sore any suggestions?
