Hello everyone! I'm looking for insight. On 2/14/13 I'm having a tummy tuck, arm lift, and back fat removal. Is this too much for one day? What do I expect? I am 39 years old, I don't know where to began as far as setting up my area...what foods to eat...how long before I see the overall results. ..and me not being able to shower I'd going to be a struggle. Any advice. Ive been consif rring this for 3 years! Im so excited! My goal is to maintain my new look!

Wish I Wouldve Never Done It
