25 years ago pregnant with my son and gained 52 lbs along with him being a large baby of over 10lbs. Many stretch marks , saggy skin. Wanting to get my belly fixed for many years but didn't want to spend the money. Decided it was time and I am soooo happy that I did. Dr. Csikai and his entire team are caring, work well together, are good listeners, explain things well, and were responsive to my concerns. When I returned home the evening of my surgery my pain was through the roof (for me) which was probably muscle spasms. With his help I was able to get it under control and get a good nights sleep. Every day since then I have improved and am so happy with the results already. Reading others experiences on line has helped me to know what to expect and prepare me too. I would highly recommend Dr. Csikai and his professional team to anyone!

Swelling continues. Walking makes it worse. Mostly sitting in recliner and doing things around the house, going to work 1/2 days but starting full days Wednesday. I had sleep disturbances but under control now taking Xanax at bed and again when I wake in the middle of the night. It only lasts 4-5 hours. Gonna ask PS on Thursday to take me off the daily aspirin so I can use ibuprofen more often because it helps with the afternoon swelling and discomfort and will probably help for bedtime too at a 800mg dose. I encourage anyone who can do this to do it!
I miss riding my motorcycle, yoga, sex and just normal routine but will get there soon!

Thank you for joining. Glad to hear this has all been helpful for you. How are you feeling today?
Yeah this is definitely a process. You quickly learn what your body tolerates and won't tolerate. Make adjustments as needed and slow it down as your body screams at you for rest. I agree, and wish all women could take an entire month off work.
