2 weeks post

First night was ruff...I needed drugs bad I couldn't get out of bed. The next day was bare able I was able to move around but very very slowly. The third and fourth tried more but when I tried to do more it reminded me to sit my butt back down and slow my roll. Horrible!! Vegetated for the most part and on drugs. Then the fifth day my drains were removed and was given the green light to bath!! I'm starting to think the drugs are part of the problem and cutting them cold turkey since I'm not as much pain.
So attempting to bath was very trying, sitting on my shower stool and baby sat by my husband but the deed was done. Slept for the reminder of the day after that one.
After cutting the drugs, two days free I feel like a two dollar bill!! I'm actually moving around like a champ and able to stand pretty straight. On day 7 I switched to an actual compression garment instead of the binder. Sleeping on my side too is e greatest feeling especially that I'm a side sleeper. Been walking around and light chores and driving by day 8 and on so I'm glad I'm feeling great. Although I do a lot by the evening time or prolong siting I feel a pulling like I need to hunch over to relieve the tension but it goes awawith morning.
My surgeon freaked out to see me strut my stuff and walking around like I was pre op on my 2wk post op. I just hope I keep feeling this well because I want to start running.
My advice is to move as soon as possible even a little the more you vegetated the more you hurt yourself and prolong your healing.
Unfortunately until now my boobs started to bother me, tender as heck they weren't even an issue since the tummy tuck was my main concern and distraction.

Pre-Op and counting down

Ok had my pre-op on the 11th and I'm still flipping back and forth about the size of my implants so I gave him him free range and let him decide. He's using sizers so he can be the judge plus I just told him what I roughly wanted bigger without looking like a cheap looking [RS bleep] star or stripper. It's simply not my style and would still like to look like a mom.
They answered my questions like if my period would to come earlier or whether to shave or wax and other stuff. Definitely waxing, I don't need the surgical tech doing it for me. I got a few good drugs, anti nausea patch to wear the night before so I don't get sick after the surgery. Keflex, which is an antibiotic, some Valium for relaxation and Demerol for the pain so I'm set on that department. I was also given arnica and bromelain which is for bruising and inflammation. So I'm doing that and following the other pre-op directions. I'm super stoked that the day is creeping closer and closer!!

I'm 5'1'' and 113lbs. Mommy of two and military wife. My pregnancy balloned me up 70 lbs so it did a number to my mid section and now I'm left with skin. I have to tuck it in my pants how embarrassing. I'm going to do full tummy tuck and upgrading my breast implants. I originally have saline 210cc above the muscle and switching to 450-500cc silicone under the muscle. Don't know which yet but 50cc is 50cc. Set for June 24th and the waiting is killing me.
