I had always dreamt of doing this but being a mom, you always put yourself last. My heaviest weight was 198 lbs. Being 5'1" that's pretty big. Lost 50 pounds & went from a size xxl in tops & 18 in bottoms to a size small/medium in tops & 8 in bottoms , I had a lot of loose skin in my belly area. I never had much in the chest area so having some boobs would be a dream. Well after much deliberation with myself & my husband's support, I did it.
I've had 3 c-sections...this does not compare! I have a high pain tolerance but this is no joke. I feel like someone gave me the biggest beating of my life! I'm 5 day post op. I had breast lift/augmentation with a high profile gel implants of 450cc., a small amount of Lipo & an extended tummy tuck due to my large skirt. Each day is better. I just cant wait to feel my new normal.
I chose Dr. Patrick Basile. I met with four others but with him I just felt confident in his work. Everythibg went went smoothly. His office was very clear & consistent. Always answered my questions. They crossed every T and dotted every I. The surgery center was the same. I would recommend him to anyone. I have diabetes, high blood pressure & a small issue with my kidneys. He said a small amount of Lipo would be fine just so that I got a better outcome but not too much to jeapordize my health. I can tell you, other doctors really didn't take that into consideration.
