37yr Old Male. Breast Reduction with Nipple Reduction - Jacksonville, FL

I am a 37 yr. old man and have had something I’ve wanted to get fixed since I was 14yrs old. Like many men, I had some over developed breast tissue that would not go away with diet and exercise. Despite the fact that almost NO ONE knew it was there, I knew it was there. It has plagued my self-image since I was a teen. It has prevented me from enjoying activities or wearing something simple as a tank top. The only thing more troublesome than dealing with this issue was deciding whom I would choose to take care of this. I’ve seen every you-tube video. I’ve read every article. So many horror stories. So many ways to deal with this. I decided I couldn’t live with this any more and started looking for a Doctor. It was a big step for me. I chose Dr. Duffy because of his experience and his credentials. He had good reviews and that’s all I really knew about him. The thing that stood out the most to me was how CARING Dr. Duffy’s staff was. They spoke to you with care and concern about you! Not like a number or a “patient” like many Dr. Office staff members do. They made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. They each had very positive things to say about Dr. Duffy. You can tell they really enjoy working with and for him. That’s a winning formula for any team in my experience. (I even asked the lady at the surgery center as I was signing in the day of the surgery about Dr. Duffy and she was very reassuring about how long he has been doing this and how good he is.) When I actually met Dr. Duffy he was very informative as far as his plans for the surgery. He answered all my questions and was very reassuring. I liked that he was very to the point about things and didn’t add any fluff. You can tell he is a very straight shooter the moment you meet him. I am almost a month out of surgery and so far I am very happy with the results. Their care did not stop w and when I got discharged from the surgery center. They have been available for all questions I’ve had since. All follow up visits are just as attentive as the first visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Duffy and his staff!
