I'm 40++ and I eat healthy and work out moderately. After many types of diets and weight lost programs , I was getting discouraged due to some trouble spots that I just could not lose the fat.
So with considerable thought and prayers I decided to go get liposuction done on my waist, lower abdominal and upper back and inner thigh.

The staff at Coastal Cosmetic Center was warm and friendly. The waiting area was calming and relaxing. My surgeon Dr. Basile was amazing. His bedside manner was exceptional. After my surgery I was feeling uncomfortable (which you can expect after a major surgery) my husband was so concerned that he called the Dr. Basile after 11:pm on his personal cell phone number and he calmed my husbands concerns. My surgery was on a Friday, and Dr. Basile wanted to see me in a couple of days, he came into the office on a Sunday just to do my post-op checkup. As for my results, I'm still healing but I look great! My tummy is flatter and I have a smaller waist and my back is now smooth. I would not have asked for a better staff.....everyone from the receptionist to the anesthesiologist was so kind and understanding. I was so pleased with my treatment there I would recommend Dr. Basile to anyone who was looking to get any plastic surgery done. I have every intention of going back next spring to get my breast augmentation there!

Hi Alexis! I'm also having lipo done by Dr.Basile 12/11/2014 I'm a nervous wreck!! I'm just hoping for great results. I'm getting my upper and lower abdominal done also my flanks.
