I'm 40++ and I eat healthy and work out moderately. After many types of diets and weight lost programs , I was getting discouraged due to some trouble spots that I just could not lose the fat.
So with considerable thought and prayers I decided to go get liposuction done on my waist, lower abdominal and upper back and inner thigh.
