I had Basal Cell Carcinoma removed with MOHS on my right upper lip and Dr. Basile did the reconstruction surgery. Knowing that he has done reconstructive surgery for wounded soldiers made me feel very secure. MOHS surgery removed a dime size section on the border of my upper lip area and the reconstruction he did is amazing. After 3 months my scar is almost imperceptible! People only see it if I point it out. Dr. Basile was able to maintain the shape of my mouth and lip. It looks great and there is no damage to the muscles of my lip. If I ever have to do any type of reconstructive or plastic surgery again I will definitely gop back to him!
