Kenalog Injections for Fat Spot - Jacksonville, FL

Do not go to this doctor. He told me that he could dissolve a small fat deposit below my cheek with kenalog injections and I was told by both himself and office staff Fedra that it would take 1-3 injections. First injection, no change. Second injecton, no change. I had called the office to make an apt for filler which I had been doing at his office for 2 1/2 years. I told Fedra that the kenalog injection did not work again and that I'm already in it for 250.00. I want to be sure if I do it again it will work. I told her Dr. Joseph never told me it might not work and so did she, just that it might take up to three times and she told me the same thing. I also asked her if the kenalog didn't work is there something else he could do? She called me back and said Dr. Joseph doesn't feel he can help you! He feels he can't make you happy! and that he won't make any more appts. I said you mean for the kenalog or for anything, and she said, "that." Are you kidding me?! He had no problems taking thousands of dollars from me for filler/botox for 2 1/2 years but the ONE time I was dissatisfied with something because it plain and simple DID N0T WORK, he has the audacity to have his staff call and say this. It is all about the money with this man. He just did not want to possibly have to credit me back anything or because he just plain didn't know why it didn't work, but instead of doing the right thing, he has the gall to try and make me appear as a patient that has an unrealistic expectation! Before I moved to Jax I went to the same nurse for injections for ten years, so spare me. He also has his staff upselling products like Latisse to grow eyebrows. Well they neglect to tell you until your next visit that you have to use it for months and then the next visit that, oh you know you have to use it forever. Why didn't you say that before I bought it? I used it for 5 months and it did NOT grow in my eyebrows. The only thing it did was grow some of the hairs already there longer, and I never complained to them about that. There are better doctors out there that will also give a regular patient discounts here and there. This guy gives nothing!
