Everyone on staff was super friendly but I just wanted to thank Dr. Sternberg and Jessica Couch for going above and beyond the call of duty in helping me with my earlobe repair surgery. Most offices just gave me their going rates without even bothering to ask how large my ears were stretched out to or just sounded annoyed when I tried to tell them about my concerns but not this office. Not only did Jessica allow me to email her nonstop and responded to me in a timely manner (which I'm sure she's super busy) but Dr. Sternberg took the time out of his schedule to look at photos of my ears and give me a reasonable price. It doesn't stop there, once I was in consultation with Dr. Sternberg he made me feel absolutely comfortable and talked me through the whole procedure. Dr. Sternberg is great at what he does, made an hour long procedure seem like only ten minutes. My ears are now healing wonderfully ????

Seems like a well rounded man, truly has a gift for what he does. Made me feel as though I was just chatting with an old friend as he was stitching my ears. Truly awesome doctor!
