Sorry it's been so long since I've updated. Life...
WORTH IT$1,200
Sorry it's been so long since I've updated. Life has been busy as usual. It's been sixth months since my surgery and I'm still not happy with the results but I'm loving not having the implants. I still have the armpit concavities and lots of sag! But to be fair I don't massage like I should. Hope everyone is well!!!

Hey ladies - haven't posted in a while, just as soon as I have healed from ex plantation I have had some dental issues. Had to have emergency surgery to remove my bone impacted wisdom teeth. Wow I have never been in so much pain in my whole life. I've been home off from work and on strong pain killers all week. Monday I go back to work and hope that the pain will be bearable. I have lockjaw and am still on a liquid diet. Anyways, I went and bought some Bio oil today so I can start working on my scars as they are still very dark purple. Hope everyone is well ladies! Love and hugs!

Merry Christmas to all the fine women on here. It's wonderful to know a community of women going through the same issues. Thanks for all of your love and support.!
If you are considering explant surgery, my advice is to go for it. Life is so much better implant-free. Hi Jessica1956...you really made me happy meeting, and talking with you! Hope all is well.

Well ladies it has been a month and a half post op. I am noticing that they are tightening up. I have only worn a regular ra ice and its because I had to fill out a suit. I have no regular bras left since I trashed all my old ones as they were too big. I have about 15 sports bras now lol so I am going to Continue to wear them as long as I can to help with the tightening. I am adding some photos although there hasn't been much change

Lmao I am willing to admit I do lol but since I wear it 24/7 I wear two a day, I change into a clean one after I shower at night lol. Now I will slowly have to start buying regular bras cuz they are much more expensive and a pain in the butt to find the right fit lol. Thanks for checking up on me, hope your well xoxox

Lol! And I thought I had a collection of underwear! Things going great here and everything back to normal. Been hitting the gym a lot as I put a bit of weight on around explant time so trying to shift that (so I can put it all back on again over Christmas lol!). My hubby seems to love my natural boobs, but then again he never understood why I wanted implants in the first place! How is your partner coping with the change? Take care chick. x

So glad your husband loves your new boobs! They're absolutely gorgeous! I feel you about putting on the weight lol! She doesn't say much about them lol but I don't think she cares either way, as long as I'm happy. She says they look good but I am so happy with them even with the concavity I don't even care. Lol a doctor on explant info said if the concavity doesn't go away in a few years I may need fat grafting lol , I won't be doing that though. Time to leave my poor boobs alone. So good to talk to you :-)

Thank you for sharing you amazing story. I really enjoyed it, and it made me feel better. I hope you are feeling better about the results now.
I have one question did your surgeon go in through the nipple, or where? How do the nipples look , if he went in through the nipple?
I feel like I know you, and am so happy to have read all of your story. It was an inspiring, uplifting tale.
warm wishes,
Debra Ann

You are so sweet and made me smile ! Your story gives me inspiration as well! He went in under the breast. Same spot as the ba was through. My nipples look fine, still big lol from the ba

Thanks for your sweet reply Jessica. I really appreciate it. I am sorry, but what does "ba" stand for? I just think I guessed..do you mean breast augmentation?
Anyway, It is comforting to know other women have struggles, and triumphs through breast extraction.
I genuinely care what happens to you, and am so happy I found you here, and this site.
How are "the girls" doing now? Are you all healed up, or still having any problems?
I wish you the best
God bless you

Ladies of all sizes
I had mine removed 4 weeks ago, I had extensive scaring (medically necessary removal) insurance psid for gbzt part k paid for the lift. My problem wad beyond the unfortunate capsulectomies. I spent 2 nights in the hospital. Two sets of implants over a 27 yr period, ruptured and capsular contracture both sides both times. No more for me, I am very happy I had to have to have a lift both times And that is well worth it.. Of course there was Too much skin and it was necessary to look nice
It is wonderful, pretty. I am free and thin and younger looking and I
Iove it....don't be afraid, you'll be sk happy it is over with. It is unnaturally lets face it....it worked for a while though but no more for this girl and that decision is made with the new imants ( if i wanted them) would be free
But no way I am free of if all...thanks doc herrmann in co

I am 44 years old. I got implants when I was 24-after I graduated college, and became a stripper ( long story). I was an "A.".--basically flat as a board. The Dr. in Utah- -Dr. Harline ( boo hiss) made them too big --a D+ (under the muscle-under the arm pit). Talk about pain..felt like I was run over by a truck.
After my third deflation, and second repair( the same breast every time--right side.), I decided to have them both removed. Obviously God didn't want my body to have implants.
Dr Abrams in Beverly Hills performed the last two repairs, so I had him do the surgery. He had done an immaculate job on the first replacement, so I considered him an artist.
Not a scar was to be found. (He went in through the nipple for all procedures).
I had them removed in August of this year. It is now December. I have mixed feelings.
On the negative side, my nipples are misshapen. The aereola's are much bigger, and assymetrical. Before the explantation, both nipples were small, pointy and pink. I am a model who does art [RS bleep] for a living. I have to use Deramblend , and lipsticknow to hide the irregular lines around the areolas , and give them some color( that they used to have naturally). There are wrinkles around my breasts when I move in most positions, so I am stuck doing only a few flattering poses.
I swear it looks like he put someone else's nipples back on instead of mine. There is lumpy scarring on the areola too.
Work has slowed down considerably. The photographers I work with say they prefer them natural, but I don't like the result overall. I hate the aereolas' appearance, and the breast wrinkles.
One thing I miss the most about implants is that I used to get tons of attention from men. I used to literally stop traffic. Now I feel invisible, and old. I had come to take all the compliments, staes, and appreciative looks for granted...thinking it was just me overall being appreciated for my beauty. It's sad, that the world id that shallow, but I guess the "wow" factor is gone from my look now.
It really depresses me, how even at 7 Eleven, no eye contact is made between me, and the cashier. When I go on a walk, people no longer even look up and smile, or say hi. This is a really hard pill to swallow after 20 years of attention.
Okay on the good side, the shape of the breasts are pretty. There is no volume on top, but a surprisingly nice curve at the bottom--actual volume in my natural breasts! I was always a late bloomer, so they must have finally grown up while under the cover of the implants!
Another onus is how sensitive, and soft they feel. With implants, I had no sensation in my nipples, now it's like a playground. With implants they were hard. Now they feel soft to the touch, and light. I call them my "creme puffs."
After trying on every "B" cup bra I could find, I decided to try on a "C" cup, just out of desperation. Lo and behold, the "C" cups fit! I had gone from an almost "A" to a natural "c", which is what I wanted all along. They really don't look like a "C" cup, especially nude, but every bra I fit is a "C." now.
God works in mysterious ways.
I also feel lighter, and thinner in clothes. I can wear smaller sizes on top now, and wear skimpy tops without looking , well like a stripper. Being active is easier too. With a push up bra, I can actually make cleavage! Dr. Abrams gave me a mini lift too, so they are not as saggy as I had expected.
Alas, I normally still don't wear bras, unless i NEED to. bras have always felt like a straight jacket to me. Plus, I like looking thin, and the padding, and push up stuff, just adds pounds in my eyes. But it's great to know there is cleavage there if I need it, and if I really want to turn heads again, that might do the trick.
Now I am obsessed with fixing my "smile lines." All the stress in my life has finally taken its toll, and my age is showing. I HATE it. Help! My face is falling!
Dr Ruben Abrams, did give me a great price ( especially for LA) for the explants, and mini lift he only charged me $2,500, plus $1,000 for the anesthesiologist! So, now I think I will consider talking to DR. Abrams about what he can do for my face( without it looking plastic).
To be honest, I never went for my follow up appointment. I was just being lazy. There wasn't much pain after. but it took a few monthf for them to not look like a Frankenstein hack job. I guess I was bitter. I plan to set up an appointment, and ask him ,"What happened to my nipples/areolas?" and see what he has to say about their misshapen appearance. If I trust him enough again, and he gives me another great deal, I will try to round up the money for some face work..nothing too drastic.
God bless you all, and best of luck!.

Just a little off the topic, but my Cousin had Restalyne ( a filler ) injected into her nasalabial folds , wrinkles around her mouth and lips. It looks completely natural.
When I come up with 500 bucks.. that's exactly what i want. I also have acne scars. it's supposed to work for those too. Actually there is nothing ( materially ) I want more!
Radiansse is another brand name for this type of wrinkle removal. Bot Resalyne, and Radiansse work with your own collegen to increase it ( so I;ve read) . That's a bonus. On the flip side my cousin Susan said "it hurt like hell" and "really "burned" during the process. She opted out of local anesthesia since she says it gives you a puffy "fish lip" appearance temporarily.
I am so so wanting to get this done ( with anethesia. I am a model, besides being a woman in her forties, and these lines around my mouth-from botom of my nse to chin make me look sad, or angry, when I am not smiling. The cystic acne battle from my twenties left pitted scars below my right cheekbone. Both I can't stand the sight of. I believe this type of cosmetic surgery should be covered under mental health care by insurance. They are memories of hard times. ..psychologically damaging..tell tha to medical though..ha ha.
Oh well, that's all the news from me now. I wish you all happy Holidays.
Thanks for reading. I hope this can help someone else. :)
Warm wishes,
debraann

I use to be a stripper too haha! I have bad acne scars as well as still have pretty ba adult acne. It's horrible ! But I don't wear makeup unless I'm going out! Yes I notice when I lay flat my breasts and nipples cave in as well. I have a huge fear of someone besides my partner seeing my breasts but hopefully with time they will get better. Thanks for your wonderful story! Let me know what the doc says about your nipples. Well wishes!

OMG Jessica1956. I still do nude modeling, so it's difficult--you know what I mean! You have been there. If I move , or pose certain ways they just look al weird now. Take hope from me though--my nipples look better every day. The photographers seem undaunted by the explant. Surprisingly, they actually like them much better natural , from what they have told me. Sorry about the caving in. That will improve with time too. They just have to readjust, I think. Also, we are so critical of ourselves--much much more than others are about us. IUsually the flaws we see are magnified like 10 fold or more. I know I look at myself in the mirror, like a centimeter away from my face. Most people don't get that close, ( unless she is kissing you, and then likely your partner is closing her eyes. BTW, I am a lesbian too. wow, we have lots in common. I did read that about you correct? it doesn't mater, just a cool commonalitly.
How do you post and share pictures? I would love to see what you look like, and show you and others my explant before and after pics. Really glad to have met you. Good for you on having a good relationship. Stay happy.
Warm wishes! debraann http://www,modelmayhem.com/DebraAnn
