Scars getting better

ONE MONTH!!

Hello ladies. So my last update I was very upset and depressed about the current state of my nipples. I went to see my PS the next morning who removed the remaining 3 stitches. As I was massaging my breasts and putting scarguard and bio oil on last night, I noticed another three super tiny black dots on my right nipple which I am 85% sure are stitches. I feel like maybe my skin is almost pushing these stitches out just now.. because even I did not see them last appointment. So Monday I am going to have them removed and hopefully that is the last of the bunch. Dr Obi also reassured me about my scars. He told me that first they will be very red and swollen like they are now. Once that subsides he will put me under a "heat lamp" to help with any hyper-pigmentation which I do have slightly. He said if there is any scar, he will simply laser remove it and he promised me no scars. So hopefully that is true!! I need to just be patient and understand this is a process. He also found a mole on my back that he wants to remove and biopsy which I thought was very sweet. I love the size and shape of my breasts. I feel confident in clothing and hopefully will feel great make once I can start swimming and tanning and really getting into shape. Dr Obi also said he has seen much worse healing during this time and that they have healed to no scar. He has done thousands and I have done none so I need to have faith in him!! Will be posting pictures after suture removal on Monday. I think I will start doing weekly updates because there really isn't much to update on right now. I am feeling some pain that I haven't really felt previously. Almost like burning or sharp nipple pains? Thinking this is just a part of the healing process.
