So today was the big day.

I went to Ponte Vedra plastic surgery and I absolutely love the facility. They have their own surgery center attached to the building. All certified with hospital certified health professionals working / doing procedures etc.

My ps measured my breast width, I was 11 cm. I know I want to go up around 3-4 cup sizes. Giving that I'm smaller I know a high profile is needed to fit my small frame.

Just to give an idea

Height: 5'1
Weight: 108-110 (not in gym) during gym 99-105 lbs
Bra size: 30-32 a/b depending on the bra. Victoria Secret I'm a 32 B but I know I measure 30, a.

I really liked the textured Gel....

But I didn't know if it's worth the 1,000 upgrade when I see the smooth gel on women they look just ad good so I'd love to hear some pros and cons on that

I'm Def getting gel

Gummy bear/ teardrop shapes or round idk??

Cc wise.... depends on the type I get too....

280 mpf
290 high profile
300 high profile

There was one implant that they fill more up to wear it doesn't droop as much but I cannot remember the name. It doesn't have as much of the ripple effect.... it started with an S... smooth round gel .... uhhhh Ill get back to u on that....

So I was an 30 A before kids... then 32-34 D-DD while breastfeeding then I went back to a C after my son. Then withmy daughter I was the same as my son while he was breastfeeding, but I didnt keep any I went back to 30-32 A....

I'm going to add some pics of my breastfeeding boobs lmk what u think

I would not get silicone. Leaks are major health problem and hard to detect and complicated to remove. I have silicone now loved at first felt softer more natural than saline. But I now likely have leak. Have capsular contracture and will cost more to clean this up and out than it did to put in. Wish I knew this before I did it!

The new cohesive don't leak like the older ones

Don't get implants. Research BII (breast implant illness). Causes autoimmune disease, food influences, and some women become so sick that they die. Silicone can leak and saline can have bad values that you have mold and fungus growing through out your body. You said you had 2 children, don't jeopardize your health, to feel better in a bikini. Once they remove your implants, you are left deformed and it looks worse then it did before you got the implants. Most PS won't acknowledge that BII is real, both thousands of women and some doctors will tell you that it is. You can never get back time, so if you become sick and can't play with your kids, it will become something you regret. Please do your research on Breast Implant Illness. There is also aFB group called "Breast Implant Illness and Recovery by Nicole". A lot of women are in this group because they are sick from their implants. It cost 2-3 times as much to have implants, capsules and lymph nodes removed. If silicone gets in your lymph nodes, then you have a good chance of getting ALCL, a rare and extremely aggressive kind of lymphoma. Get tested to see if you have a silicone sensitivity. If you do, DON'T get the implants. Both saline and silicone capsules are made from silicone. All implants leak, just a matter of when. Fat transfer is a another alternative. I know it's safer then implants. Also ask your doctor what is in the cohesive silicone gel. It has lead and several neurotoxin in there. You could also Google it. Another recommendation is to research the manufacturer of the implants. Best of luck to you.

As I appreciate your research and thoughts and feelings thank you for sharing. But I will be getting my breast augmentation. The oddsecond your speaking of are just like having a c section..... which I've had two.
April 13, 2016
I completely understand wanting to get them, because that was me a few years ago. It doesn't hurt to do the research to know what the symptoms are. As far as c-section, it has a chance for infection as ant surgical procedure does.

If you do start to have any problems, the FB group I mentioned is a wealth of knowledge and extremely supportive. I know several people that have also used the same plastic surgeon and loved them. I hope I didn't come of to harsh, if I did I apologize. I have been very sick the past few years because of my safe "cohesive gel" implants, but I'm on the road to recovery.

Actually they do. The capsule are thin and your body starts to break down the capsule. I just had 3 lymph nodes removed full of silicone. I only had my implants for 4 years.
April 13, 2016
Yes they so. Do your research. I just had 3 lymph nodes removed full of silicone. My implants were cohesive gel/ gummy bear implants. I only had them for 4 years. Read the book "The Naked Truth about Implants" by Susan Kolb.

I think you are talking about Natrelle Inspira Round implants? I highly recommend round versus teardrop. I just got the Inspira smooth gel 6 weeks ago and love them!! I'm not as tiny as you, I'm 5'6 and about 140, so my implants are now proportionate to my body size. Funny you're from Ponte Vedra- I will be traveling/vacationing there this weekend!
