I've thought about breast augmentation for over 20 years. Was debating on breast implants vs fat transfer breast augmentation. I've always liked the shape of my breasts but I've never been proportionate. I decided to go with the implants because I wanted to know I wouldn't lose volume after the surgery was complete. I'm so glad I chose implants. I love my new breasts!!

Congratulations...you look great! What a great age to get your volume back. How was your recovery? And how have your friends and family reacted to your new look?

The recovery wasn't too bad. I guess I prepared myself for the absolute worst. The best way I can explain the discomfort is its like the worst day of engorgement if you were breastfeeding. I didn't mention that I also had lipo done. That part was harder in my opinion. I had lipo to my abs so I couldn't use them to get up due to soreness and I couldn't use my arms to push out of bed because of the new implants. I had to have my boyfriend help me for the first few days getting in and out of bed. I kept a log of the first 5 days or so. Let me see if I can add it. I knew I'd forget so I kept a day by day log for the first week.
