Looking at the inspira smooth round silicone...

Looking at the inspira smooth round silicone implants for my BA in March. I'm leaning more toward the 300cc range, anywhere from 275-345. I definitely want them to look more natural but youthful at the same time. I'm a petite person at 5'4" and just under 110 lbs. I like to workout and stay fit so I don't want my breasts to be too big but at the same time I don't want to spend all this money and wish I had gone bigger. The doc says I can go up to 345cc but worried that's a little too big. I would like to be a 34B/32C bra size. I nursed my 3 babies all for a year and was about a C cup when my breasts were full of milk. Any input would be appreciated!

I do not see any pictures of you? Inspira is an excellent choice with 100% satisfaction on this site and others. The range sound good, it all begins what you start with and the pocket the PS makes for the implant, like you I wanted and got a natural result. I had my BA in November 2016 and got 250cc!

Over the last year I've been reading all the women going back for revisions to go bigger. They get scared and want to be ultra safe. Keep in mind If you go under the muscle you will lose 25cc of volume. So, you like 275, and Dr. says you can go up to 345. Choose a happy medium in the middle. The 310 range? It really is a personal preference. The wish boobies look bigger than 275-300, but that is just my guess.

Funny you say that because my PS said the same thing about my wish boobs! I gave her a range of 310-345 cc but after she saw my wish pics she said don't be surprised if she gives me 365cc.

Ya, I agree. And if those girls had enough tissue befire hand like an A/B cup a 300 might look like a 350. So you really have to try on many sizers ir get the 3D tech to visualize. Not an easy decision

haha we are nearly exactly the same stats-wise. I'm 5'4", 50kgs, nursed 3 babies for just over a year each and was a C then and loved it! Back to an almost A now and my PS said between 265-325cc for me. I like the 265 vectra images and 250 sizers so think that will be perfect for my small frame and I'm sure it will look great for you too. one PS said Inspira textred round and another said Mentor anatomical and I'm choosing the latter option for a more natural look. Good luck!

So funny! When's your surgery? I'm less than 2 weeks away

26th April so I've got a little bit of time still. 2 weeks is so close! I can't wait to see the progress pics as I'm trying to focus on girls that are similar in size to me for a better idea of how I will look and what size to get. Have you decided what size?

Told my PS I'm comfortable with her choosing anywhere from 310-345cc. I printed pics for her so she sees the look I'm going for. I am too trying to focus on women of the same size with low breast tissue but kinda hard to find. I keep hearing majority of women saying they wished they'd gone bigger so trying to keep that in mind but it's hard cause I have nothing now but want to be proportionate to my butt too! Ahhhh! Hoping my size choice works out!

Here are a couple before photos, Ugh! But I am very thankful that they were able to breastfeed my 3 children all for a year, which I have absolutely no regrets! But now that I'm through with having kids and breastfeeding I'm excited to have boobs and youthful ones at that! I have always been small 34A/32B before kids but at least they perky and could hike them up with a padded push up bra. Now that's literally impossible because, well one they are so much lower and two I have like no breast tissue left from nursing. Wearing my current 32A bra, which I don't even really fill out, is uncomfortable because if I raise my arm or move around a bit the underwire rides right up on top on my breast. So needless to say I am very excited to have a BA but of course nervous about surgery and choosing the right size!
