Looking at the inspira smooth round silicone...
$6,000
Looking at the inspira smooth round silicone implants for my BA in March. I'm leaning more toward the 300cc range, anywhere from 275-345. I definitely want them to look more natural but youthful at the same time. I'm a petite person at 5'4" and just under 110 lbs. I like to workout and stay fit so I don't want my breasts to be too big but at the same time I don't want to spend all this money and wish I had gone bigger. The doc says I can go up to 345cc but worried that's a little too big. I would like to be a 34B/32C bra size. I nursed my 3 babies all for a year and was about a C cup when my breasts were full of milk. Any input would be appreciated!

Ok some before photos, you might not want to look
Here are a couple before photos, Ugh! But I am very thankful that they were able to breastfeed my 3 children all for a year, which I have absolutely no regrets! But now that I'm through with having kids and breastfeeding I'm excited to have boobs and youthful ones at that! I have always been small 34A/32B before kids but at least they perky and could hike them up with a padded push up bra. Now that's literally impossible because, well one they are so much lower and two I have like no breast tissue left from nursing. Wearing my current 32A bra, which I don't even really fill out, is uncomfortable because if I raise my arm or move around a bit the underwire rides right up on top on my breast. So needless to say I am very excited to have a BA but of course nervous about surgery and choosing the right size!
