April 2015 I went to Dr. Dean Glassman. I had a TT w/ MR and bbl. Paid 9650+300 to stay in the hospital overnight. I am pleased with the TT no doubt. I was very unhappy with BBL. Let me say this awas the first time I ever had cosmetic surgery and its something I've wanted for years. Wish I had known abt real self then I probably wouldn't have went to him.... Well after coming home. I notice my butt still looked the same. No defintion and I as still wide in the back area. I spoke with the Dr during a follow up and I question him the BBL. Long story short. In stead of him doing lipo (which I figured was part of when u get a bbl) he just injected the fat from the TT in my bUTT. No lipo to back, flanks or any other places. Even during my original consults he never was detailed with saying we need to do this to achieve that etc. Well he agreed to redo lipo me in 3area no no fee. But I have to pay for the anesthesia and facility and garment which total 4950grand. ..I decline. I rather find a Dr I will actually do the work...

So now I'm look at dr in Miami. I was going to book with dr Orlando Llorente but after speaking with Liz I was told to loose 19pounds. Before I can have the surgery..
I was surprised. I had never heard of that for lipo. Unless you were extermly overweight.

Any recommendation on good drs.????

I recall being told that you should niether be thin nor heavily overweight for BBL. perhaps that is why they tell you to loose weight, if that makes sense

I met him before for a consultation. He running a special right now. I can't afford to have him 50% upfront. So I didn't buck with him.

I'm feeling frustrated , Dr office told me to lose 19pounds, by may 18th. That my BMI was over the chart. Im 5'5. Well I tried to explain that I'm more sold then fat, the lady wasn't hearing it. She was telling me the Dr will xcl my prodcure if I didn't lose it. I started out at 219. I go to the gym 5 days a week. I'm on week 3. I'm eaten somewhat clean. I do aqua aerobics, treadmill on a 6-8 incline, ride the bike for at minimal 40min on a level 5-6 So pretty much I'm doing straight cardio . well I'm at the Dr appt today my PCP for a check up. Get on the scale and it says I now weigh 223. I'm SUPER UPSET.. I'm going backwards.. Omg! Don't understand. Idk what to do.. !!!! I have 85 days before my date and my weigh is not going down... Pls help?? Any suggestions??

Eat 6 small meals a day Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. And increase your water intake. It helps boosts your metabolism, suppresses your appetite, and helps you shed water weight. Losing weight is 80% nutrition and 20% fitness.

Contrary to what a lot of people believe gym isn't always the only solution. Are you familiar with Herbal life? The only product I use is their protein shakes to substitute meals. Its provides you with all of the nutrients and protein you'd get from a meal. You can find it pretty much anywhere online. I am always on the go so it's very easy for my hectic ass mornings when I don't have to time to stop before work for breakfast and days my son has extracurricular activities. Slow down on working out because when you do too much cardio, your body starts to burn your muscles (glycogen), using them as ‘fuel’ after about 45 minutes. After this threshold, it starts to burn it off and break it down by using it for energy meaning that you are not burning fat, but instead you are burning off and losing muscle. So over a period of time training in this way, you end up with less muscle, your metabolism slows right down, and then you have to eat even less just to maintain your current weight or your body will start storing fat instead of burning it off.

never heard of herbal life, but when i get off im happy to go purchase some. i actually had the thought of have 2 meals and a supplement as what your speaking about. ... When i first booked with Spectrum . I tried to explain to my coordinator LIZ im more solid then fat, and she was rambling on abt the bmi... and tht i needed to lose 19pounds are dr llorente wld xcl once he saw me. so i started working out 45min cycling, 30mins tennis, 45 in the pool and 1hr on the treadmill w /7-8 incline. not all in one day but i wld switch up ... and notice my weight was going in the wrg direction. Thank you for sharing this. It most def helps educate me.

Liz is my coordinator too. But try to supplement to see how it works for you. Skipping meals or not eating enough will make your body go into a starvation mode and it also will make your body store fat. 5-6 small meals a day with 2-3 hours in between will give you the energy you need to keep your metabolism up so you won't gain weight as long as your burning more than you are eating. And incorporating with your regular workout you should start to see results. I wouldn't suggest you work out more than 3-4 days a week. Hope this is all helpful for you to achieve your goal hun.
