Your before photos reflect no breast tissue. There wouldn't have been anything to lift. Your after photo looks fantastic, perfectly symetrical. I would be over the moon with your results.
parker, is this post a joke or are you being serious? You should not be complaining of this result; you really look great when you compare your before image posted.
I think your surgeon did an amazing job; he achieved that result with no anchor scars or at least i do not see any anchor scars in your pictures. You might not be happy, but your results are amazing based on where you started from. I urge you to search this website for before and after photos of women with your similar type breast appearance and similar amount of sag, and observe the results the majority of women get with anchor scar lifts, with or without implants. I highly doubt you will see anyone with your nice result minus the excessive scarring. Or just google breast lift images and locate someone with your before look, you will not like any of the after photos. You might change your review once you become more educated and realistic based on where you started from, as you really do have a nice result. I only say this because one of my girlfriends who was part spanish and part black, who usually do not scar well, had your similar type of sag before her surgery and she went to a different doctor and had the anchor lift with an implant and she is so unhappy with her result and all the scarring and was charged so much money for no where near the result you have. Her results are bad and she has the scarring that is not pretty and will no longer take her bra off in front of her husband. You can always make your breasts smaller and then trade your loose skin for the anchor scars and i'm sure your doctor would consider it. You should praise this doctor for this result instead of bashing him, and also for saving you the horror of the additional scars!
Also of note, this doctor restored my faith in plastic surgeons. I was operated on multiple times by several other doctors, for very high cost, all who kept wanting to charge me more an more after i had already paid them a significant amount of money. Dr. Clayman told me it might take several operations to improve my result and was totally honest with me and he exceeded my expectations for a very reasonable fee. If you would like to private message me, i will be happy to send you my before and after pictures and tell you more about my story, after other doctors (more than one) totally messed up my breasts and Dr.Clayman totally fixed me. I have met so many women who this practice has helped. I have nothing but a great experience with Dr. Clayman and once you compare your before picture with other results on this site, you will hopefully send Dr. Clayman a thank you card!
Hi there, Thanks for sharing your experience. Judging from your after pic I can understand your disappointment. I’m not an M.D. but it looks to me like you got a Benelli lift and your areolas have stretched to an undesirable size. Judging from your before pic I think a lollipop or full anchor lift would have served you better. Additionally the very unatural ball like shape of your breasts (and the pain you describe) indicates that you may have Baker III capsular contracture. Please correct me if I’m wrong. I hope you are able to resolve your issues. Please keep us posted.
To add: my comments are not intended to bash the PS, since I have no idea of all the circumstances involved. They are intended to offer the member some support; and to basically to call a spade a spade. These are not the results that most people I know what find desirable by any stretch of the imagination. I sincerely hope Parker is able to find a resolution to her issues.
I agree with the other comments, you have a nice result and need to be more realistic with yourself. Please take a look at your before picture and your after picture, and let the realself community know if you can find that result on a women with your before look with the same sag and shape, and that after result without an anchor scarl lift. I looked and could not find anything close. You should be thanking dr. clayman. My sister and mother both had an anchor scar lift and have never been the same. Dr. Clayman did a similar type of lift on you that he did on me, with only a scar above my nipple. Every doctor i saw in consultation wanted to charge me b/w $7-9 thousand for a lift with implants. Dr. Clayman was honest with me and knew of the experience of my mom and sis and that i wanted to avoid the scars, plus no doctor showed me any pretty results with the anchor lift on women who looked like me before and i couldn't find any online. dr. clayman told me that i might want the anchor scar to remove more skin and lift the breast more in the future, but i didn't have to commit to it. So, i was realistic, he did not charge me for the anchor scar, but said he would do it if i wanted the scars at a 2nd stage. He far exceeded my expectations like he does with a lot of his patients that i know and i avoided the anchor scars that my mom and sis got and my result is perfect. Your result is very nice from where you started from and if you go back, he will likely do the anchor scars on you that you seem to be wanting . This doctor is very honest and great at what he does, just my 2 cents
