So, I went in to actually have lipo. Was talked into coolsculpt. I Had it done on Thursday. 3 sections, large on lower and 2 small on upper abs. I am so bloated!!! Pretty decent pain. I also am one the HGC diet. I'm 11 days in and doing 3 weeks. I thought the double process would help. I am starving! I feel like my immune system is completely down and I am developing a cold. :( I can't take anything and won't give up on the HGC.
I have odd symptoms. Pain in lungs, shooting pings in upper stomach, BLOAT, acute sense of smell, nausea, tender to touch. I was told this would work for me, but the pics I'm seeing, most of you are tiny. I was over 200 lbs when I started all this, I'm not tiny. I might be regretting not going to a different Dr. And doing lipo. Anyone doing HGC at the same time??! Any suggestions or help to get bloat down?

So, it's been 6 weeks and I feel like I can wear fitted shirts again. I'm thrilled with my results. I can fit into a few pairs of pants I couldn't a while back either. Flanks and inner thighs perhaps next! Any luck or success with those for anyone??

Flanks are great - I'm also experiencing what appears to be fat loss in areas "around" CoolSculpted areas as well - while remaining within my normal weight range. I had amazing results with my flanks - it's a great procedure!

Just thought I'd update. Cool sculpting results did not last,
Even with diet and exercise. Also, I am lumpy and uneven from the previous procedure. I was told I should do more treatments to even it out, buy financially that is not an option and realistically I wouldn't do it again. Oh well! :)

Thank you for the 1 year update! Did you notice any fat going to other areas not treated with cool sculpting?

No, not really. Just no long term effects and I am healthier now and am using a trainer, just didn't have longevity in my opinion.

I did, I also would not recommend this procedure. I feel like I have cellulite in new places now, that I never did before.

I'm sorry you're having difficulties. You may want to ask one of our providers for an opinion. There's also a forum with some before and after tips that may help. Please let us know how you're getting on.
I noticed a Dr. here does this HGC. I am very curious and would love to hear about your results and experience.
(Coolsculpting) I had one good week of bad swelling with the belly area. (I cant remember if I did 4 or 5 areas) All I remember was is it was 4 grand. The over all pain was a good two weeks and I did not sleep well for at least 3 nights. I did not think the overall experience was a good one. I was eating healthy and lost some weight and belly. I would not do it again.
(HGC) I am on day 1 of the diet part. I did not like or understand the gaining weight component to loose weight, but I will see how it goes. I am not sure how old you are but I love the way it took away my wrinkles especially in my neck. I will be sad to have that back. I appreciate reading debating2015's information on the diet as well. Have a great day beautiful people:-)
Cool sculpting I am not seeing any results yet. I'm slight numb in some areas of my tummy, but notice bo difference from that. Now it's waiting and seeing hopefully!
Good luck on HGC. I only did the 3 week injections, 6 weeks would have been way to long for me! Keep me posted.
If you are starving on the diet, as in actual hunger and not just cravings, then your dose is off. Go to the hcg forums and post your specific symptoms. Someone (usually the resident guru grammy) will instruct you on how to adjust your dose so that hunger is a non-issue. Cravings, well that is mind over matter. But DON'T start adding foods and quantities of the approved foods or you will hinder your stabilization in P3. The diet works. Trust the process. Don't alter the protocol. And ask for help with fine-tuning your dose. You will be very pleased with your results if you are POP (perfectly on protocol).
Best wishes :)
On a side note, I had Coolsculpting done yesterday on my outer thighs. No pain at all except for a little tenderness to the touch and slight bruising on left thigh. The actual procedure did not hurt one bit. Next week I am scheduled for my belly and I am scared because the pain in that area seems to be common and unavoidable...
