Feeling good. Swelling is annoying. Doesn't hurt to much when moving around but still trying to take it easy. At the end of the day I cant stand the way my skin feels. It feels prickly and sensitive to touch. I have this crazy stretch mark on my hip that pokes out from the lipo lol. Hopefully with time that will go down. Cant wait to get the clear to work out and do more. I sit and watch my family play basketball and baseball and run around and I cant. Sucks!!!! But besides that I'm totally digging the way my tummy looks.

You look amazing! And your scar is healing so nicely already. Congrats! I too have a weird area on my hip from the lipo, my PS assures me it will go away in time...

Thanks! I had this hurtful lump about the size of a silver dollar on the other side from the lipo. I looked up lymphatic message and started rubbing/rolling it gently towards my belly and poking it with several fingers in morning and then at night before bed, its softer and almost gone after 4 days of doing it and twice a day. Not sure if your supposed to do that but I did lol.. And if feels so much better. My hubby couldn't even hug me there with his hands but now he can :)

Day 6 post op

Its been a crazy week. Monday woke up and thought I was gonna vomit. I was so dizzy And light headed my husband called my PS and come to find out it was the patch they stick behind you ear side effects when you take it off. Yikes was bad. They called me in some anti nausea medicine and by the end of the day I was feeling better. I also went to a lighter pain med because I don't handle them well. Tuesday morning I woke up and my back was all in knots from laying around the day before that I spent all day working on loosening it up and it still a little tight today, Leading up to today the day before I get my drain out and the end of my full week I feel pretty dang awesome. Its been easy so far just a bit boring and uncomfortable at times. I have avoided looking at my tummy for the last few day to let the sweliing go down, I didn't want to be upset and hard on myself because it has only been a few days since surgery. And I am amazed at what a great job my PS did. So I had my hubby snap a few pics and here they are :) I love my belly button, I was worried cause I liked it before it was changed. I'm still a bit swollen but to be expected. I'm happy and I cant wait till this week ends so I can see further results.

Thank you :) I feel so much better about myself now. It is so worth all the un-comforts you have to go through to achieve how you feel you should look.

Thank you. It has been easy. I believe you have to prep yourself for it. Eating healthy is so important. It was hard for me because I love the junk food but when your spending this kind of money on yourself its worth the extra suffering. I'm staying way clear of salty foods right now due to the swelling they cause and drinking protein shakes and those fruit/veggie smoothies for the extra vitamins and benefits you get from them. And I also started it a month before I went in so my body was healthy. I also had to quit smoking on top of it which wasn't to bad. I looked up a lot of pictures of smoking effects and nicotine has on your body before/after tummy tuck and it scared me away from it lol.. Just take really good care of yourself and I'm sure you will be fine. Its scary and nerve racking. But so worth it!
