In 2010 I decided to get a breast augmentation and a lift to go with. At that time I was about 125 lbs very active in fitness. The reason I decided to go for it was my breast were not symmetrical and I was about a B cup. So we decided to go with 350 cc silicone( not under muscle)bAfter the surgery, to be truthful, I felt so insecure, fake and at time I thought "what the heck did I just do". Don't get me wrong, they turned out quite nicely and had a good run for 6yrs. But for me to weight train and teach fitness classes UGGG they hurt so bad and not just being heavy I know they have started to "move south". So I went back to my PS and he was totally understanding, and offered his proffesionalism and would remove the implants and to do a lift as well. I was trying to get away w/ just the removal, but I didn't want to be disappointed if they ended up too low. So I have surgery scheduled for Aug 11th 2016 . I'm so excited to be myself again, to be able to wear comfortable bras w/out them cutting into me, and to have cute bathing suit tops that I don't runith over in.

I just went through my explant today after having them for 10 years thru both pregnancies ( last pregnancy was twins). i am also around 125 lbs and very active & have always felt more self conscious with them. i was also an A cup and was 32D with implants so there will def b a drastic change. i didnt opt for a lift as my surgeon did not feel i needed one. I already feel lighter and glad to b back to my natural self...however i havent seen the end product yet so im still very nervous!!

So happy for you. Did you have to have drain tubes? My PS said that I could prob get away with a lift however the implants are quite large for my frame and he felt like my nipples would point straight down (if that makes sense) I bet you feel and I'm sure you look amazing! Just think no heavy chest, I'm looking forward to sleep on my back again too, I bet you feel like u lost 5lbs don't you:)

Hey Jaqueline...she did not end up putting in drains and im hoping that i dont have much fluis build up as the chance of a Seroma is always there. But so far i feel rly good, i had such brain fog prior to the removal & was always so tired and I already feel so energized. Im only using Tramadol i had on hand & Motrin but overall i just feel sore. I had 325 ccs which were about the right size for my frame & i was so small to begin with that im hoping they kinda bounce back but as u know after pregnancy nothing is ever quite the same. If you have rly large breasts or think perhaps there will be over hanging of skin then mayne the lift wudnt be such a bad idea. Also im able to lift my arms objects so the recovery isnt as restrictive. I honestly cant wait to wear low cut shirts & bikinis without feeling fake...and imagine how wonderful it will b to hug someone without two cement balls in btwn lol...I def feel like i lost 5 lbs. its def one of the best decisions i have made for myself.best of luck to you!!

My surgery went well today lil painful, but I'm coping with that. EXTREMELY DRY MOUTH because they put a anti nauseous patch on me, by I just now took it off. So far it's a huge relief let me tell you. 350 cc is a lot for my frame. My tubes have a drop at the most in each of them. So that's good. Well good luck I'll try to post before and after pics to mysite. When is ur surgery? It's nice to be on "this side of the fence"now. So extremely glad it all over.. I'm ALL ME

My surgery is sept 9th, haven't gotten the time yet, I probably won't know until the day before. I'm nervous but anxious as the same time. Kind of scared about what I'll look like after. I've had revisions so many times for CC I don't know what breast tissue I have remaining, it's kind of scary lol
