I really want big breasts and have since before I lost weight (highest weight 327lbs, now I'm down to 150lbs). The weight loss has just made my self esteem worse because I hate to be top less even in front of my husband (I have a lot of loose skin and stretch marks but the thing that bothers me most are my breasts). I refer to my breasts as looking like flap Jacks hanging from my chest (I was a full D cup and am a deflated B cup now). Thanks to VS bombshell bra's I've been able to look decent in clothing and won't make the surgery as noticeable to family members because the bra has already made me look like I have large breasts (my husband is embarrassed and doesn't want his family to know I'm doing something so selfish I guess). So far I've looked into as much research as possible when it comes to breast augmentation. I've had 3 cesareans, gall bladder removal and the roux en y gastric bypass surgery. I feel I can handle this and am beyond ready for it. It's going to be my birthday gift to myself (hoping it makes me feel young too, I'm freaking about turning 30, I'm not ready for it). My consultation is Monday June 1st at 1pm with John Sampson in Jackson, MI. Very excited to get started! The results I'm looking for right now is just having a full round D cup.

I have 3 children and just like you I decided to take care of myself! I had my breast augmentation done on May 26 Two days ago! It's no pain at all just pressure just as when you have full breast! I am do happy I did it! Wish you the best!

You say there's no pain, are you taking pain medication though? I'm not allowed to take many medications (except children's tylenol) due to the bypass surgery so that's the only thing I'm worried about. Did you have submuscular or subglandular? I'm planning on submuscular. And thank you ;-) I'm very excited to get started!

First night I did take pain killers but I don't like to take drugs so I am not taking meds. I had subglandular breast implants 450cc silicone and so far all is well. I think getting used to my new size will be the hardest part. Just be patient with the process and take good care after your procedure!

Well hopefully it goes as easy for me lol! I'm afraid of having to just deal with the pain. I've never been one to take drugs either that's why it doesn't bother me that I'm not allowed to take them anyhow. But thank you! I hope your recovery is going well!

I am so proud for you!! I've had 4 babies all breast fed and am currently trying to get the rest of my weight off after lap band surgery. I totally empathize with you. I don't know if anyone is ever100% happy with their appearance but you've made it through the toughest part. If this surgery will make you happier about you, I'm sure your honey will see that and follow suit. The best of luck to you and enjoy and love the new you!

How long have you had lapband and how well are you doing with it? My doctor who did my roux en y wouldn't allow his patients to have lapband because they sometimes rusted or perforated the stomach. It's been one year this past March since I've had the surgery. Our doctor told us to wait a year before any cosmetic surgery. So of course I've been patiently waiting for my chance to get the augmentation! And thank you :-)

You are not alone!! Our breasts are sisters! I am a mother of three- all of my little hungry babies were also breastfed :-) I am currently in the process of choosing a doctor and after speaking with Catherine at CG surgery center this morning I think I'm ready to commit to Dr. Krau! Let me know how it goes for you? :-) thanks and good luck!!!

I struggled with feeling selfish.... My BA was April 7th. I am 28 yrs old with two children (breast fed both) I was orginally a semi saggy but full 32 D before kids- went down to a 32 B after breast feeding ( basically just loose skin and stretch marks ) I am in love with my breasts and over the moon happy with my decision to go through with it! I went 421 cc round silicone. NO LIFT and so far I am happy with the results... I say go for it and make yourself a more confident mother and wife :)

Thank you :-) I am hoping to avoid the lift (my husband has seen pics of those after surgery results and he's horrified by it). I don't like the scars eithers, even tho they may be quite small, it'd just be one more scar to bother me. What size bra do you wear now? I'm hoping for D myself but my sister is trying to convince me to go smaller lol! She's naturally a very large breastfed woman though so she knows the back ache struggles of large breasts, but since she's overweight I'm hoping that's more of the problem. My husband is obsessed with large breasts and I have been wanting implants for years so I consider this a solution haha!

I wear a 32 DDD now which is equivalent to a 34 dd. I am extremely pleased with my results. I pray that my breasts don't droop once again since I opted no lift. -- although my PS did say you can lift after hAving a BA if need be

Well I hope you don't have to worry about drooping. I'm fearful of that also. He measured my breasts and mentioned I was just 1cm away from the necessity of needing a lift or I wasn't allowed to get the implants from him. He thinks they may still need it but I should be pretty okay once they have completely settled (dropped).

I went in originally for just the 1st consultation (deciding on silicone/saline, lift options, medical history, breast sizing...etc.) but I ended up getting squeezed in for being sized for my implants :-D They had asked how soon I was looking to getting the surgery done, I asked what the soonest was I could get in, they said next Thursday. So I went for it! I'm getting 500cc smooth round silicone implants submuscular by the inframmary incision. I can't wait lol! I'm sure if they'd of offered this Thursday, I would have made it happen haha! I'm so glad it can happen so soon! I should be pretty okay by 4th of July so I'm not in agony or discomfort which makes me happy, I'm not taking away from the kids or really being in anyone's way with getting it done right now. Now I have to read my "Pre-Operative Booklet" they gave me, get my prescriptions filled, and get a pregnancy test done. I've already booked a hotel room, made arrangement for the kids, and have my sister-in-law staying with me the evening of the surgery and during all of the procedure (love her so much)! My husband would come to the surgery with me but unfortunately he has to work on Thursdays, thankfully he has Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off so he will be there for me after the surgery :-) I added a few photos of me with the 500cc implants ;-)

My big day was last Thursday! So HAPPY with the results so far!

I went in last Thursday morning at 7:30am for my surgery. It wasn't as bad as I had anticipated but it was pretty rough during recovery. They gave me some adrenaline shot or some sort of medicine to give me a boost. I was really shaky and freezing so it was very hard to take a breath let alone get a deep breath to relax. But once I could get out of there my nerves calmed down and I warmed up. I did a lot of dozing off due to the pain medicine (norco) and sedation but I did manage to walk around pretty well. I even went and seen the movie "Spy" with my sissy that evening lol! Sitting around in a hotel room all day was just getting to me! So far I've been going through the pain of tightness which is just really sore and irritating. I only use 2 norcos before bed so I can finally relax and get some sleep comfortably. I'll post some pics of the first and second days!
