I am literally counting the days post op, I have a countdown since surgery on my phone lol. Because I cannot wait to sit comfortably again.
I feel completely normal again, except for the fact that my lower back is still very sore and that I lay on my stomach all day. My bruising went down a lot as well.
Today I went for a coffee with my mom and i brought my BBL pillow with me. After I went to the surgeon who did my first boob job, to get some fillers under my eyes. My face looks so fluffed in the morning and my under eye bags became visible. Last time I had fillers in this area is approx. 2 years ago, so I wanted to get this done. Paid 220Euro. I look fresher now :) Now i am back home watching Netflix.

Did they give you the bbl pillow or did you buy it ?

I say today not for long but my but has softened up o much. dr did I can sit jut not long periods of one

Massages
Today i had my first massages post op and it wasnt really painful. It felt good but i am still very sore and hard in my waist area. But i think that will get better. I am happy with my recovery and results so far :))

aww thank you sweety <3 I never so to the gym but i think in some months i will to maintain what i have now and so i can keep eating as much lol
You’re looking really well. The bruising is going away that’s a good thing. Also had a massage today no pain at all

today was my first time sitting since im 20 days post op, but it felt weird to be honest dont think ill do it in a while and since my swelling has been going down ell my nutt looks a bit smaller now :( , don’t want it to get smaller anymore
with or without the bbl pillow? Did your doctor say you are allowed to sit 3 weeks post op? I read many doctors say after 3 weeks it should be okay. But i think i will do 4 weeks just to be on the safe side. Its getting really annoying not to sit comfortably
yeah he said two weeks post op, but i waited 3 weeks post op, it felt weird, i don’t think im going to sit again until week 4

How long was it after you started sitting down or lay on your back in bed? My job is in an office and dont know how much time off work i should take.
I'm a size 6 so am not sure whether i have enough fat to have a good sized butt :-( so i might need to do butt implants?
I would worry too if I would read many bad things about a clinic I have never been too. But I am sad this is happening to elite because what I can tell you is they were super professional. I am from Germany and I have never been to a hospital as clean and modern as this one in Izmir. You have your own room which is like a nice hotel room. With tv and a fridge and they order food and everything. I was so emotional because of how caring they were. And I had 3 other plastic surgeries before this one, but this one was the best experience by far
