Tourmedical is an awful place. Do not go there. It was my lifes biggest mistake. I regret it so much! Here is what they did to me:
1) I was going to get veneers and Majella and I talked a certain price. Upon arrival the cost went significantly up. I had to scrape money to afford it.
2) the dentist would leave in the middle of doing my teeth and I would be sitting there with my mouth open for hours waiting for her to come back.
3) the temporaries are a piece of plastic and not the real thing that good quality clinics puts on you to decide if you like it or not
4) they shaved down my teeth to the max! I have small pointed teeth now.
5) I underwent their whitening system twice but my teeth are the same exact shade! They use a cheap product and it is not the real thing!
6) After I got my "Emax", I was shocked over how fake they looked. They are too opaque and looks like I put a piece of paper above my teeth. They are terrible looking! I can not stress enough how terrible they look in contrast to my bottom teeth.
7) Upon addressing my concern I was told "no they are fine, no they are fine".
8) I am unable to floss as there is cement inbetween my teeth! The dentist has no clue what she is doing. Please go to someone in your own country or to Dentgroup or somewhere else in Turkey!
9) there is cement at the back of the veneers. There is so much unevenness and feels like I have good stuck on the back of my teeth.
10) I visited a dentist in my country and he was shocked over how bad the situation was. My own teeth are close to nothing after the shaving, and the veneers look like blocks of marble. And the fact that I can not floss is going to have huge consequences on my oral hygiene.
11) I even seemed advice on RealSelf and was told that I was scammed and these are not eMac but a cheap product.
12) I told both Majella and her husband that I was unhappy but they ignored me and told me that it was all in my head.
13) when I told Majella that I had visited a dentist and everything he said, she said there is nothing she could do.
14) I asked for her to return my money because not only do I have to get new veneers, but there will be extra cost on taking these out and working with almost no teeth. She refused the refund or offer me to come back and get them redone.
15) ones these people get their money they won't care. Again- DONT GO TO TOURMEDICAL
16) all these reviews that you see, most of them are fake, the rest of them are forced on patients to write. Even I was forced to write it. Majella told me to log in and leave a review, you can't be honest when the person working for the company is sitting next to you looking at ever word you write.
17) please beware- there are other amazing dentist in turkey that offer dental work that are so much better! Don't go to tourmedical in Kusadasi!

I think they look gorgeous but guess looks can be deceiving. Id kill for teeth that beautiful. But youre right big difference between top and bottom colourwise. But other than that i love them.

Have to say I have been going to Tourmedical along with the rest of my family for a good few years and have only found the whole team to be a delight to deal with, between our family we have had dental implants, crowns, bone implants. and have been extremely happy with the service and costs, no Hard sell at all, and believe me I have had a horrendous time with a previous dentist in Kusdasi and thankfully Tourmedical sorted me out. My review is certainly not a fake one I can assure you. I have been going to Turkey for over 14yrs and have recommended this practice to friends and family all who have been happy with their treatments , Really surprised to read this review, I do agree you should do your homework whilst seeking out treatment abroad, as I found out to my dismay after the first dentist I visited in Kusadasi was more interested in her love life (or rather the demise of it) than my treatment. so yes do your research, I unfortunately did mine after the fact. Can only say thank God ELcin and her Team at Tourmedical were able to rectify the damage done by the other dentist.

I don’t believe this....My Treatment with Tourmedical was perfect ! Very friendly people and a professional dentist... would highly recommend to everyone

It makes me very happy that it worked out for you. Put yourself in the place of people who were less fortunate. You never know what can happen to you .

I do not recommend, I had crowns and implants done. After a few days the crown began to move, after a week it fell out. Contact with the caregiver very sporadic after time she wrote back only to my boyfriend, and it was me who did the teeth. Over time, they stopped answering phone calls and responding to messages. I was left alone with the problem. After the treatment was completed, I did not receive any documents. None completely. Outsiders had to intervene. Lack of professionalism, empathy and understanding. I will never return, all conversations and a photo of the metamorphosis for those interested I will send on priv . I do not recommend a visit to this place.
