Hello girls, I am about to book my surgery at Elite Aftercare in Izmir, Turkey. I need a good lipo from arms, tighs, full abdomen, waist, back and flanks...then fat transfer to buttocks...I am really excited...I have searched a lot of clinics..the best results i see in the Dominic Republic and some in Spain..But I can not fly to DR and Spain is also too expensive...So I decided to choose Dr. Ali Uckan from Elite Aftercare. He seems to be very talented, as I see some photos...but somehow the photos from any Turkish clinic is so insuffucient..why they can not make some good convincing before after photos like in DR or Spanish doctors?...they usually send some photos taken in the operating room..they have to see the before after galeries of some other doctors (the ones from DR are amazing... and very convincing) so it was a hard decission for me but I believe this doctor is good...

hey, thank you :) I saw your pics...you look very nice, but I have a lot of fat unlike you..so I can not make a comparison about my outcome to predict....we will see what will happen >)) And inspired by your nick, I changed my nick to Uckan_Barbie now...:) prior to operation, it is good to have good vibes right? :) Can I ask one question to you? I know that there will be lots of swelling etc, but when does the swelling start exactly? I am asking this because I wonder if I can see the shape of my body (in garments) after surgery when I get awake, before it swells too much...to have an average idea how it is going to be like...or after the surgery you found yourself totally swollen? thanks a lot...

Hey hun! Yes positive vibes only :)
The swelling starts immediately after surgery. Once you are in your garment you will be able to see your new shape but not at its full potential I think. My butt looks bigger now because the swelling in my lower back has gone down some. When I woke up, the first thing I noticed were my hips. I was so happy bcos I've never had hips prior to my surgery.
The reason why elite doesn't have alot of pics is because most of their clients don't give them permission to publish them unfortunately. Dr Ali had 6 other BBL patients and 2 rhinoplasty patients that week I had my surgery so he is definitely popular.
