WORTH IT$2,500
I've been slowing going bold since the age of 25. Looking at different options over the years, mostly focusing on the cure side, hope started to fade. Losing my hair change me a lot, I lot confidence in myself. I would always wear a hat. I real tired of all the bald jokes. I wanted to step forward in 2010 and get something done, but the cost was expensive. Finally, in 2014 I found a clinic in Istanbul, Turkey that was yielding better results at a fraction of the price. After a year of following other patients results from this clinic I decided to pull the trigger on Nov 23, 2014. Below are my results.

Yes I know, just a few years ago this would had cost 30k in the states. Turkey has now become a well known country for HT due to its cheaper cost.

Your stating that only 2159 graphs survived out of 4750 or you had another 2150 done 10 months later?
User Avatar

I never said that. First FUE was 4750 graphs. Second FUE, 10 months later was 2150 to fill in the crown area.

What does it matter what role he plays? He designwd my hairline had consultation with him. Keeps an eye over the procedure with his techs. Looks after you. I would highly recommend him and his team. There have patients everyday from all over the world. Instead of slating him maybe look into him properly

Matts, don't entertain this troll. They are from other clinic in Turkey that are losing business to Dr Maral's clinic.

Actually if you know anything about hair transplant and top doctors you would know that techs do somr and most of the work aswell with a doctor. Dr marals techs have10 years experience if you do your research. And know you dont turn up you can go and have your consuktation with him. Doctors charging 30 to 50k for transplant still use there techs for most of the work

Thanks for sharing, I'm about to have a 4000 graph myself so I guess my head will look like your post surgery pictures soon. Could you tell me if it was difficult to sleep? Could you lay on the back of your head?
Also, did you wear a hat or anything for the plane ride home?

Sleep? You're not going to do much of that the first night or two. You will be too concerned about your grafts. The first 4 days are the most important, so you have to be very careful how your sleep. Also, you will be sleeping in somewhat of a upright position. This will help with swelling and protection of the transplanted area. You will get a hat for travel. It will sit just right on your head without touching the transplanted areas. This is mostly so people aren't staring at you while traveling. You will have to take off your hat 2-3 times going through customs/passport/security area because it is required. I lifted up the hat for a few seconds so they can see my head, then placed it back on.
