Terrible service. Quoted me really high. When asked why it was so high compared to his others patients who had more hare loss than I had he to me to go somewhere else? WHAT THE @#@@??? Stay away from this arrogant guy. Below is a picture of my head and the other is a patient he just did. He quoted me 2500 when i only need 1500 to 2500 graphs. The 2nd picture is a patient of his that did 4800 graph for only 2000?

The cost seems high compared to many of the FUE procedures done in turkey shows a price of $1950.00 and they seem to have alot more hair loss than I do.. Please see example below. Would you this be able to offer this price to me?

and we will no accept you for surgery,, if you search better you can also find prices 2500 USD, there are many explanations for that antway I do not use my time for price reducing issues ,
please continue with another clinic, you can even find less pricing,

I was simply reviewing the cost of your previous patients and noticed their procedure cost less and their hair loss was much more substantial than mine. I am only thinning at the center of my head around the swirl. I had a consultation with a doctor here in the US and I was told I only needed 1500 to 2500 graphs. Please see my image below.

Think its pretty dangerous to leave comment like this especially when people are trying to choose something that is potentially life saving. I had transplant 5 days ago here, i have been smiling since. haven't even worn a hat as i am so relieved to have finally done it. I think for you to be annoyed about having to pay such a low price is ridiculous. when i was there there were people who were having their second or third transplant because there american ones had not gone well, so they chose to come here to fix it. Please reconsider your negative comments on this guy, because without real self reviews I wouldn't have gone to this clinic and if you start judging on the fact you didn't want to pay for a job a person was doing then you are gonna put people off solely because of your arrogance.

My first e-mail was returned with a kurt reply. But, realize Dr. Maral initially answers each e-mail himself, prolly hundreds a day! I did the same and respectfully replied. I received a more appropriate response. I considered going to another clinic, but on short notice, they were unable to fit me in. So, I went to Maral Klinik.
Dr. Maral and Ms Sonnur are truly some of the nicest people I have met. I arrived 2 days early so I could tour Istanbul. After talking to some of the other patients, they recommended I go in earlier ... AND Ms Sonnur rearranged their schedule to make it work. Therefore, I had 4 days before getting on a plane. Ideal.
You do not mention if you are comparing USD to Euro and that may be the problem here. The pricing is fixed, no negotiating, But 1/3 to 1/4 the cost elsewhere, but India.
Regardless, this is an amazing operation. Efficient and yes, a factory. But, I will go back for follow-up next year. I am sorry you had a bad experience, but they truly want to help those that "qualify".
There are dozens of transplant clinics in Turkey, Find another one and good luck

I also think this review is very unfair to the clinic for 2 reasons.
1) You say it's terrible service, but you didn't get the service at all. You only exchanged a couple of emails. I got the service. The service is they pick-up you from airport with nicest cars, their drivers speak god knows how many languages, you stay in a nice hotel, they transfer you freely between hotel and clinic, you are taken care by staff and doctor who on average has 5-10 years of experience, and they reply every single one of your email in the same manner even after if's been a year (that's my case lol, trying to set up a time for a second round now).
2) You say they quoted you really high. That's not true either. They quoted you same price they did to me or the same price they said on their website. You thought they quoted you high because you were looking at their euro price (2100) instead of dollar (2400~2500)..
I still think, "Please prefer other clinics if these prices are very high for you" attitude really cocky and agree you on that, however, that doesn't make your accusations correct.

if your going to choose another clinic in Turkey, Dr Resul Yaman seems pretty good. 1 euro per graft, check out his work on the hair restoration website, there's a lot of pics there.

I had my Fue implant done by Transest clinic today. It was a great experience. The doctor Ahmed Altan gave me so much attention, I thought I was the only patient he had. I am so glad I did this. I am currently in his office drinking tea writing this review. The hotel was very nice, the driver was very friendly and the staff definitely knew what they were doing. If you in the market for a hair transplant, definitely check them out. Cost is $1880 unlimited graphs. They could only do 2600 graphs for me but they did 4800 graphs for another patient I ran into for the same price.

Dr Ahmed Altan is no longer at Transient and now he has his own clinic. I’m going to have my 2nd FUE to him, my 1st FUE was with Dr. Maral on Nov 16 2015, and I’m going to Dr.Altan at AestePool. He sounded very nice and answered all my questions without any hype! My first experience with Dr.Maral & his staff were quite pleasant, nothing against them. Dr Altan will perform some parts by himself and along with his assistants while Dr Maral just drew on my head and stopped by once during the entire processed. Dr Altan will only accept up to 2 patients per day while Dr Maral has at least a dozen of patients per day. That’s an easy call for my second FUE decision.
Still, this doesn't justify their attitude though. I guess they are not short of patients so they prefer not to accept some patients if they are asking for a price reduction. Kind of a cocky attitude, I agree.
