Bad result, painful nose - just as wide as before surgery

Because i get alot of private messages in my inbox asking about my surgeon , i wanted to say i will make a whole new review on the surgeon who did my revision, but the reason im not making one now is because im still very early post op and aware that im being a dramaqueen at this point and my nose can change alot in these coming 5 months , so because i do want to make an HONEST review (and yes i am freaking out at the moment and need to calm the hell down) i do feel like i cant judge things just yet.. i still need to get steroid injections.. and i have alot of swelling. At this point i just pray the scars get better.
I know i said im done with realself but i will update you guys in 4-5 months because i know alot of girls feel like my reviews are helping them and im actually very happy to hear that , goodluck with finding the perfect surgeon for you.. and remember never rush things just to get it over with! Take your time , happy healing guys. [RS bleep]

Ps : NO, i did not go to Mirza Firat, hes a whole new level of unprofessional,and hes a liar. Sorry not sorry.. he tried to force me into surgery, the whole thing was ridiculous.

By the way if you are still in istanbul (and if you’re allowed to go by boat) you should really visit Adalar (princes islands) its so beautiful you’ll like it.

I had a bad experience with him but my surgery wasnt with him dear , sorry for the confusion. I will update about the surgeon that did my revision soon hes also from istanbul
Don't jump to conclusions. It's still very early and as you probably know the recovery time is longer when it's a revision. I truly hope you are pleased with the results in the nearest future.

Trust your gut , thats all i can say.. i dont even wanna talk about him anymore since people wanna attack me privately because they already planned their surgery with him and want him to be perfect so bad.. hes just dishonest.. i just cant post the tea on here because its against the policy.

I had a revision....in turkey. AGAIN

Just stay the f*** away from turkish surgeons thats my advice. Im leaving realself for good.. im tired of this plastic surgery bs, shouldve never believed the damn instagram pics they only show you what they want you to see.. the truth is if your surgery didnt go well the first time you most likely wont be happy the second time around or even the 3d or the 4th time, i read someone say that once here on realself and i thought to myself maybe hes just a perfectionist or chooses the wrong surgeons all the time but no.. i totally get him, after each surgery the chances of it being a succes and you gettin happy will become smaller each time. Be happy with god gave u ladies , im out.

:( send me a private message hun i’ll tell you every little detail , ps i was in the same hospital you were in but it was absolutely vile, the nurses from the hospital didnt take care of me they were annoyed if i needed help, and my shoes got stolen from my room.. i kid you not i went home barefoot. How are you tho, when is your cast coming off? I hope this time around your nostrils stay in place!! I’ll pray for u <3
Hun please don't stress its normal to be extremely swollen for a couple of months. Swelling is crazy but for now keep taping your nose and have patience xoxox don't let one bad experience put you off. Have faith
I know habibti the swelling isnt the issue, its the hypertrophic scarring (and also scars on my actual nose too where it does not belong.. some incissions were made that dont belong in those places for example in the middle of my alar rims , no revision in the world can ever fix that) and crooked columella and extremely uneven nostrils
Also my biggest insecurity was the tip of the nose that ilhan made into a ball, well its 3 times the size of that tip so i pray to god thats just swelling because the whole reason i had revision is to make my nose less wide , not wider :-(

If a doctor sews your leg to your head, how will faith help? A good nose that’s swollen looks like a good nose that’s swollen.

Last update until revision : Before &amp; after pic

This will be my last update untill i have my revision surgery, its a before and after pic, in reality all i needed was some tip work and smaller nostrils but instead it looks worse..i thought that was impossible for it to look worse but here i am, more depressed than ever ..i hope i helped enough because i’ve been getting alot of private messages asking for pictures etc and i havent really had the time to reply to everyone so i apologize for that.
