Not happy
It’s been a long time but just wanted to update saying I’m not satisfied with my nose, I have been to other surgeons who have admitted my
Nose was badly done. I have protruding septal cartilage in my columella. I am not seeking an even more expensive revision surgery. Be careful guys ..

Since some people have been asking for an update I’m more then happy to do so. The issue with my nose I’m currently facing is that it is wonky, prior to surgery my nose was not wonky and it is extremely distressing to see my nose doing a left turn when it should be straight :/. Tip wise it has dropped and is no longer AS piggy like but is no where near my old tip height.
I am looking for revision surgery to straighten my nose, if anyone can reccomend a surgeon to do this I would be grateful otherwise I may have to go back to dr yildirim.
As you can see in the photos my nostrils are different shapes and I have a weird growth nearby my septum which was not there prior to surgery

Hi how are you? If the nostrils look a little, but you can rest assured that this has a solution, talk to dr. Yildirim, he is going to fix it.
How long did you use the nostril retainer?

Hey hope you are doing well - It has been 4 months since my rhinoplasty and I have been doing a lot of research Over these months my conclusion avoid rhinoplasty in turkey at all costs ( even if they pay you to have a revision with them). Not sure how through their surgical training is - because they all seem to follow one technique for all patients this is where it all goes wrong. Please save yourself from more trouble and avoid Turkish doctors.

Front view wonky
My side profile has dropped which has made me so much happier BUT my nose is tricking wonky! Has anyone else had this happen? I'm not sure whether I'll need revision rhinoplasty to correct this is or not, some days it looks worse in my camera then other...

Hey my dear, your nose looked great before and adorable after surgery, never ever like M.J!!!! Your nose will change in the next 1-2 years ;-) stay patient:)

hey, can you please post an update since it's now about 6 months post op for you. I'm also from the UK and seriously considering this surgeon. My main concern about my nose is the front view rather than anything, it's very bulbous.
do not consider him and take the risk.. check out dr. resit
Hi he done the same to me, he ruined my nose and made it shorter. If you are ethnic please do not go to him. He is the worse doctor, he has been very rude to me when I have asked him about my surgery. I can’t even get him to explain what he has done to my nose so I can get help.

Hi I don’t want to post my pics on here but yeah he gave me my pictures but not my surgery notes and he refused to translate it as it would be in Turkish. I now need a revision and I am petrified because of my experience with him. If you send me your nr privately I will be able to show you some pictures through WhatsApp.
