I had a rhinoplasty some years ago, but I’m not completely happy with the result. I now have a retracted nostril, a bump over nostril, super tip fullness and I still have a crooked septum. Finally, I have booked a time for revision in Istanbul, as I think they are much better than the surgeons in my country. After a long research I have booked with Dr. Umit Taskin the 27th of December 2018! I’m very nervous, but I just want a symmetric nose with even nostrils! So I pray everything will be okay!

The operation went well and Dr. Umit said that everything was fixed as planned. Today is my 3. Day and my face is starting to blow up. I look like a avatar. LOL. but I have no brusing. I can only breath through my mouth because im very swollen inside the nose. So its hard to sleep at night, and my nose is very runny but I cant blow my nose yet! But this is expected - just very annoying. I really like the pictures he took after surgery and I hope ny nose will look this good after healing. My nostrils seems very improved too. Very exiting to see the final result!

Thank you! I really hope so! He said he would use only septum cartilage as well for me!

Its off but now I have a tape cast on for 7 days, so I cant really see the shape :)

I have booked with Dr umit taskin also for revision rhino, can you honestly recommend him and have you removed the tape and seen shape? If so can you please post pics. Thanks

Hi Dania83, when did you book your surgery for? I am seriously considering using Dr Umit too so am wondering whether you have completed your surgery yet?

Hey guys!
My nose is very swollen as it is revision rhinoplasty and he added cartilage graft. But so far it's going well. I wear tape most os the day to get the swelling down. The profil wiew is nice allready. I will post more pictures when my nose is less swollen.
