Dr Karacaoglu replied my questions and concerns quickly. It has been real hard to communicate with any other Turkish surgeons. We have been e-mailing back and forth for couple of weeks. I requested to see more 'before and after' pictures. With respect of patients privacy he emailed me more pictures to give better understanding of his work. I am still debating whether or not. But if I decide to get surgery I certainly will update my review.
