Very happy with the results.
The donor area looks completely normal even when cut to a no.1 with the clippers. There’s no gaps or any signs that show A transplant has happened!
This is why I wanted the FUE procedure instead of the FUT (FUT shows nasty strip scar).
The transplanted hair is nice and thick and also really dark and healthy hair. The crown is getting there now too.

Looking good, I went to the same place 7 weeks ago and had 3600 graphs. So it’s good to see how well your results are looking as at the moment I’m still going through shock lost.
Sorry for the late reply.. yeh mines looking good.. Im really happy with it. I will get some more pictures up soon. The first few months are a bit of a killer with worrying if it's working and will it be any good but before you know it you'll be buzzing with it!
Hey bro it still looks great , I want to go but were hearing that its dangerous right now for americans to go to Istanbul whats your opinion , I want to go to this same dr that did your fue and there is a few other americans I know that want it done also but there nervous about going .
Hi, Im British so pretty similar situation to Americans.
The hair transplant clinic did not ask to see my passport, the only place I had to show that was at the hotel which was a 5* very professional hotel with security on the main entrance and a scanner that scanned anyone entering the hotel.
I will be honest, before I went I was worried about security as Im British so felt like a target & as I would be carrying £1900 cash to pay for the transplant. I did sort of just take a gamble and go for it as my mates told me to relax as they'd been & done it.
I honestly felt very safe there, they all knew I was British & treated me no differently.
My opinion on Istanbul.. well I did not leave the hotel room unless I was being picked up by the people from the clinic, I stayed in the hotel the entire time just to be safe.
The Dr I used was called Dr Adem Kose.
also does this dr require us to show our passport that's what makes Americans even more nervous because it identifies us as American in a country that has some people that might HATE US .
Hello BALDINLOUISIANA, I went to Dr Cinik in Istanbul. That clinic might require a passport as a form of ID if payment was credit card. Otherwise, I don't think they need to see your passport if you are paying in cash. You can read my review for my experience of having a hair transplant in Istanbul. So far, I am concerned, my donor area looks so over-harvested. My back looks bazaar, it looks thin and white and see-through. However, getting back to what you said about Turkish people, which are mostly Islamic (98%), they will not know who you are unless you're wearing a cross on your neck. Hair clinics, like other businesses, are there to make a profit, they don't care about who you are. Just like in America, some Americans don't like Arabs, but Americans are polite and don't make a fuss over it.

6 Month Update!

Very happy with it! Still only half way according to Doctor Adem Kose!
Id have taken these results as a finished article so further improvements, thickening and gains are all a bonus to me now! The crown is thinner than the rest but a massive improvement and they've said this is the area that will take the longest to develop.

Very happy with the progress and results and not even half way yet! The crown which I was told takes the longest is filling in nicely now, still loads of little hairs appearing too! :-)
