Maral Klinik May 2017 All Inclusive FUE Honest Review - Istanbul, TR

The hair has arrived !! Month 5 was a huge month for me. I have to admit that I felt my progress as being slow at first, but everyone did tell me to be patient and you were all right. So if you have undergone the FUE procedure just be patient. Those first few months tend to drag on. Thank you to the team at Maral Klinik in Istanbul for a job well done. So far Im only at 50% growth so these 5 month results have exceeded my expectations. If any of you are contemplating getting this done, I highly recommend it. I choose not to include pictures of my face yet as this is obviously very private and none of anyone's business but mine. I am posting on here to help guys who have suffered hair loss like myself. It's devastating for most men. This is the only real solution. I am not taking any minoxidil or propecia. Those are lifetime commitments in a multi billion dollar industry that have little to no effectiveness. Stay away from drugs guys. This is a one time procedure. Having said that, I do take biotin supplements and fish oil. These are cheap and natural, in my opinion. Science tells us that hair is made up of dead cells and cannot absorb nutrients topically. I believe the best way to get nutrients to the hair is internally through good foid, proper diet and supplements. I also do scalp massage every night to keep the blood flowing. I use natural shampoos that dont irritate my scalp. I dont use any topical products that could clog my pores. If i do, I rinse my hair before I go to bed. Also I drink lots of water. I went for my first haircut at the salon yesterday and the girls were amazed at my results. One girl said she saw results from a $30k procedure a few years ago and they could tell right away. It didnt look natural. They had to see my before pics in order to believe my story. You could definately tell from their facial expressions how impressed they were. What a great moment that was for me. They also said my hair was very healthy. For 51 thats pretty good. Every day I look in the mirror and I still have a hard time getting used to seeing myself with hair. If you could see my full face shots from before and after you would be even more amazed. Maybe my last post after a year I might post full face shots. Not sure yet. Anyways thanks again to Dr Maral and his team and thanks to all you RealSelf clients for your inspirations, comments and sharing your story's. This has given me back my confidence, my self esteem and totally changed my life. The next 6 to 12 months are said to get even better....wow !

I don't wash twice a day. I wash every 2nd day. I worded it wrong on my previous comments !! Not sure how to correct it once it's up there.

Hi guys. I made it to month 4. Lots of fine hairs starting to come in and forming a hairline. They are still quite thin and don't really cover much scalp. But it's progress nonetheless. The numbness is still there although it's definitely going away - slowly. I still get itchy in the recipient area. I have not noticed any pimples this month. I wash twice a day using a natural shampoo. I never put any product in after. I think all the products out there are really bad as they just sit on your scalp and clog the pores. I seem to have a sensitive scalp so I will only put something in on special occasions. When I run my hands on my head I feel so much new hair up there. At 4 months I probanly have about 75% more to come in so I'm happy about that. All my pics except for the donor area one were taken in natural light near a window. I have some pics in dim light which make my head look fuller, but no use to post those, as those pics can be deceiving in different lighting. I am keeping my hair clipped to a #3 but If like to go down to a 1 or a 2. Haven't decided yet. I think it would look better . I'm not taking and drugs just Biotin. See you all next month.
