Hi. Sorry that you're going through this. It must be so demoralising.
I'm no expert but I would be confident in saying that although your density has suffered a bit, your grafts are still intact in your scalp. They are just waiting for this infection whatever it is to pass. Then I bet they will start sprouting again.
Its easy for the rest of us to say but keep the faith. Good things will come.
If you are not already, perhaps wash your hair daily and don't touch scalp with dirty hand. Also, wear a hat outside to prevent UV radiation from reaching your head. Check with other dermatologists too and get additional opinions. Wish you luck! I had a hair transplant with Dr Cinik about 2 months ago and not a lot of pimples.
sorry to hear about your trouble, how are things now?
Hi. Any improvement in matters since?
Hello, I also had a similar pimple problems just before the hair grow and they disappered just with waiting and as the hair grow outside. Some oily skin my develop such pimples before the hair grow, I hope its OKAY now. Any new update?

4,5 months and a infection

I’ve got more « kystes », the treatment with doxycycline doesn’t work, and the density isn’t good. I’m scared ! Just look at that ! It worse, I have less density
Tomorrow I see a FUE doctor in Paris, and the next week à dermatologist doctor
It isn’t good... in RealSelf I never see a person having that... The doctor said it’s ungrown haïr but so big ? And I also pimples that appeares in the donor area, it looks more like an infection. I don’t beleave more the doctor...

Tonero. I wouldn’t worry to much. Dermatologist will advise you on how to help the blocked hair ducts heal. Should all settle down in a few weeks.
The problem is I really lose density... in this pictures we can’t see how much but normally, after 4 months and a half, the hair cut is really better than 1, 2 or 3 months. For my case, it’s the contrary...

3 months and one really big spot

Now I think I really feel the hair is growing up, because I really want to scratch my head but I know I can’t. I’ve got some « pimples », it’s good because it’s a proof the hair is growing up, BUT look at this one ! I’ve got a really big one spot, it looks like a cyst... the Dr told to me to use again the « doxycicline » drug du ring 3 days. I just wanted to show you the little monster haha
Did you also have spots so big ?

That’s the biggest one I’ve seen from a FUE, has it gone away since then?
I had several, some bigger than others. I take doxycicline 100mg every day but I still have pimples
Yikes Looks like it could be ingrown hair - infection. Follow Dr Maral's advice and take your antibiotic
