41 and Balding.....

Delighted with results so far. Getting thicker at the front and middle on a weekly basis. Hoping to see some improvement in the crown area over the next 20 weeks and up to the anniversary of the transplant... Photos are taken following styling. Wax and hair thickening shampoo are the only products I am using.

Donor area at 24 weeks. Trimmed 4 weeks ago to a #3. Not been going any shorter at this stage. Next cut will be a #2 back and sides. As previously said, the donor area heals pretty quickly. Be prepared for patchiness during regrowth for first 3-4 months. It does settle down.

So at the 24 week stage. Still fairly happy with the way things are progressing. Visibly thin in some areas but I am only supposed to be halfway. As said previously, my photos are taken under harsh lighting, doesn’t look quite as thin in normal daylight. I’ve added photos wet, towel dry and from the front. Hopefully see more improvement next month.. Still taking biotin supplements on a daily basis.
