My hair transplant was done at maral klinik Istanbul. And my experience was a very good one.
on day one of maral clinics drivers picked me up from the airport on time took me to a nice hotel then on day two the driver picked me up from hotel took me the clinic 15 min away .then for one hour we discussed my hair transplant and had lunch.after that the hair transplant procedure took 7 hours to complete but we did have a break.They took the maximum amount of grafts they could safely in one go from my donor area 5750 graft and transplanted it.on day three dr maral gave me a lotion and shampoo and insctructions. I must say all the people who took part in my hairtransplant were true experts on hair transplants procedures .only thing left to do now is wait for the results.

Wow that's a huge amount of grafts you must have really good density in your doner area. Well done to all at Maralklinik.
Congratulations you will start to look completely different in a few months. After month 3 it gets very exciting and you will see new hair popping up every month up to 1 year or so. Well done , heal well and enjoy !

Wait you see bandages at the airport? I thought I could wear a hat on the way home? I don't want people looking at me and wondering why there is a bandage on my head lol.

i was wearing a hat but some peole were not
and then at the gate of the air craft the security decided to additional security checks on me told me take my hat of then the guy was just looking all over my and everyone who was getting on the plane could see this . the security guy was bald

Oh okay so you can wear the hat most of the time, that's good.
I have a 9 hour flight back to the USA the day after the surgery. How is it sitting in the plane with the hat right after surgery? Did you have to endure the whole flight sitting up and not being able to sleep/lean back in your seat due to the surgery?
Sorry if I'm asking too much questions haha I just want to prepared. If you have any other tips to make my trip more comfortable or better I would love to hear them.

Hi what I can say is the minute after all the donor hair have been transplanted you have to take extra care of them for the next 7 to 10 days,so whether your on a plane or a taxi you have to be carefull that you don't lose your hair grafts by hitting or rubbing your head so after you put on your hat you just have to not do those things, apart from that there is not much discomfort me personally I had my I pod on the plane .and good luck

I'm sorry but,,,,, I have to be skeptical!! Every review mentions the number of grafts. But what we also really want to know is WHT WAS THE COST $$$$$$$$$$,,,, so if someone's explaining the whole process but " forgets to mention the cost". That throws up A RED FLAG!!!!!

It depends how long you want to stay 3 days hotel and transfers were included breakfast the hotel provided other than you pay for what ever you want to buy food and drinks and most things are cheap, but if get a taxi it is expensive in Istanbul. Hope this gives you some info
