Hey, I’ve recently lost 100lbs and I’ve become completely insecure about my sagging skin.
I’ve been researching online for a few months and decided to go to turkey. I was deciding between Dr Berker or Dr Guray in Istanbul. I recently met Dr Berker in London and loved him, very informative and funny

Which implant??? Round or teardrop
wlsgalFebruary 6, 2018
So I’ve just realise that my surgery is in 5 weeks time. Flights and accommodation are booked and now I’m feeling slightly nervous. I guessing this is normal. When I first started researching I thought I wanted tear drop shaped implants, now I’m thinking round. My surgeon says round implants but I really don’t like the fake look, I want my breasts to look as natural as possible.
Here are pictures of wish breasts that I like.

Hi there, I think it’s a misconception to assume that round implants will give a fake appearance. I have round implants and I don’t think they look fake at all. To see my pics click on my profile name and scroll down the page to find my “shape over size - breast lift with implants review”. The main drawback with teardrop implants is they have a tendency to flip or turn creating more problems. This may be one of the reasons your PS is recommending round implants. Teardrop implants also are textured; some prefer to avoid textured implants due to concerns with ALCL (rare.blood cancer) being more affiliated with textured implants than smooth implants.
That aside I will say round implants will look “fake” if going too large for your breast width diameter and breast tissue base. High profile implants may also have a tendency to make the breasts look “fake “ by creating more roundness in the upper pole. Imo the upper pole should only look round when you’re in a push-up bra. And for most people the “ideal natural breast shape” has a fairly straight slope in the upper pole and a 45:55 upper to lower pole ratio. For more details google the words “45:55 breast shape scientific study“ to find interesting articles and studies on the subject.
You don’t necessarily have to agree with the results; however by reading articles of this nature you will learn the scientific terminology that may enable you to communicate more effectively with your PS. The more info you can give your PS what you want (using scientific terminology) the better chances are you’ll get the results you want, imo. Also don’t forget to discuss preferred areola size (ie 38mm, etc). Google “ideal areola size” for details. Good luck with your decision. :-)

MCAN Health counting down the days.

Ok so it’s 3 weeks and 2 days to go until my surgery.I have decided to go with Mcan Health, I’ve seen lots of reviews and have researched well and I think my surgeon will do a great job at a fraction of the price. I’ve bought both Arnica & Bromlain tablets. Here are some before pictures. Only thing I am nervous about is the pain, which I know is a natural thing.
