You tell him triangle, he gives you a rectangle! I told him countless times I didn't want an upturnt nose. I could not have made it clearer to a 5-year-old and then my worst nightmare happened and he gave me an upturnt nose. My tip was leaning to one side and my nostrils were uneven. I had a piece of cartilage sticking out of one of my nostrils! My nose was upturnt, fake-looking. He widened my nose and put something solid in my columella which made the tip of my nose solid and uncomfortable. I finally got revision surgery this week from another doctor because I didn't trust him to go near my nose again. Living with the nose he gave me for a year was so emotionally and mentally crushing. STAY. AWAY.
