He took away too much of my bridge and left my tip shapeless

As you can see this is my nose before the surgery. It was much nicer. I regret doing this surgery with dr Emre Ilhan.

In July 2017 I went to Istanbul with the hopes of getting a nice rhinoplasty. I saw the instagram profile of dr emre ilhan and loved the results. I also researched online and no bad reviews were up at the time. I scheduled a consultation with dr emre ilhan on 31 July at 14:00 o clock. There were a lot of girls waiting in his office. Even girls that came in later then me were seen sooner then me which I thought was strange. We kept asking when dr could see us and they kept saying soon it will be your turn. Eventually dr emre ilhan saw me at 22:00 o clock, 8 hours later then scheduled...
During the consultation I showed him pictures of what I wanted. He said this was achievable by him and that he would make my nose look nice and just like how I want and I should not worry. The consultation was quick and he seemed charming and self confident.
The operation was scheduled on 3 august. The nurses of the Diyabet Hospital in kadikoy werent very kind or helpful I remember. When i had to vomit actually they just looked at me I heard and another lady i met luckily helped me instead of the nurses. but the next day i went back to my hotel.
Recovery was a but hard i was in a little pain but nothing i could not handle. A few days later i went back to emre and he removed some silicone packaging. He did not show me my nose because he said it was too swollen and that i should wait for the swelling to go away.
A week later i went back and he removed the cast. I remember seeing my nose and not liking how it looked. I told him my concerns and he said it was all swelling and that i should wait a year for the final outcome.
Months went by and I started becoming depressed by my nose. I felt like I made a huge mistake and that he took away my beauty. Also friends and family told me that my nose before looked much better which made me even more depressed. I went to him to get a better nose not a worse one! Also i kept bleeding through my nose even month later which scared me a lot. My breathing also was much worse then it was before.
After i saw emre in my country again when he was visiting for congress he told me i should wait at least a year for the outcome. Currently I am 1 year and 3 months later and my nose is still ugly, fat and my nose before was much better. I regret by going to dr emre ilham and would not recommend him to anybody. Now I have to get a revision and i wasted over a year of my life + depressing times and a wast of money (he is one of the most expensive doctors in Turkey).
This doctor is incompetent, does not own up to his mistakes and treats you like you are in the wrong when you adess your concerns. Very unprofessional and an overrated doctor. You're better off by going with real talented doctors instead of this doctor.
